Ally - Lewisville (TX)

2 /5 Pops: I had my bank account hacked at another bank that I had scheduled a payment to Ally for a car payment. I simply tried to change the account info on the website and app and it wont let me. Saying "We cant verify this account". I called customer service, in God only knows, another country. They are as useless as the website. Ill be glad when this is paid off and dont have to deal with this incompetence any more

1 /5 Alex A: Ally closed my car loan account without any missed payment! Terrible bank!!! Low level of banking procedures and total absence of communication with clients! After I asked them to connect me to one manager to resolve my case they replied that its impossible and management doesnt have phone extension number. They also refused to communicate with me by email, only phone calls with different "specialists" who have no idea about the issue.

1 /5 Paytyne Wilson-Crow: If I could give 0 starts I would. I had fallen behind on payments and thus my car was repossessed, I understand that and Im not upset about that. The way is was handled by them was completely unprofessional. I have a small child who is in a car seat, the morning it went missing I called trying to find my car so I can get my ONLY car seat. No answer. I called the 2nd day and had to threaten police action for them to give me the information on my cars whereabouts. Very unprofessional and rude.
