5 /5 Kristina Brantley: They are very helpful and very kind. Their loans are not that expensive, like other loan facilities in the area. Christmas is right around the corner so I will let people know if they need a few extra bucks pronto is the way to go.

1 /5 Brady foreman: Says notary to the public on Google. I walk in and guess what? Its not. Total waste of time. Kicker is I was told people walk in all the time asking the same thing. Think they would of contacted Google by now and had that changed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

1 /5 DenTrell White: Called and told I was approved. They got my information from a different site. I go into the office with my debit card, license, bank statement, and last 4 check stubs. I got there with all my information only to be told they needed to get my last 2 bank statements and that I needed all of my deposit to go into one account. I drove way from Irving for nothing. Waisted my time.

Kelly Wang: I went to the Lewisville office of Truist Bank at 729 Hebron Pkwy today because I needed to get a payoff document notarized because I was having trouble getting a paper title at the DMV. However, the notary was on vacation. However, Sharon Taylor assisted me in locating another Truist bank has a notary , and she even called the loan department to inquire and clarify what was happening as well as the following steps. She was really courteous and professional! It was a really appreciative experience! I was truly grateful for what Sharon had done for us. Once again, thank you!

personal business: I give this location a 5 because 1 apple doesnt spoil a tree. Yes I can agree that it isnt perfect but I was very impressed with Lucia ,Christian,Alexandria and a couple others. These three Representatives of the branch go above and beyond. They all have taught me something new about the app, banking, credit card, even multi ways to activate a card. I was most appreciative when Alexandria made it easy for me to accomplish multiple transactions even tho I didnt complete a step prior to arrival, the same with Christian creating a safe space to ask questions with no judgement for my loved ones opening accounts and Lucia going the extra step to make sure the ATM is working, even while in the rain .. I cant say mistakes cant happen and other folks experience arent accurate, what I will say is what I have experience is if I bring something to their attention and its legally allowed(because of course they dont own the bank they just work there as physical beings trying to assist account holders) they always go above and beyond to effectively provide positive results. Lucia does an excellent job as a Manager for a financial facility and treats people with care and respect. I appreciate her work ethic. Definitely are the reason I havent quit this banking system and even told others to join.
