    Chase Aldredge: I cant comprehend why this place has such positive reviews. I called around 2:50pm on July 14, 2025 and some rude sounding lady answered the phone and says "Hello" very unwelcoming sounding. Not "All World Insurance how can I help you" Just a business answering "Hello." I was trying to get someone to help me find agreed value insurance on my truck and dont know how the system works. She wasnt even listening to me and was taking over me pretty much the whole time. Then she sends me a text and I reply saying what I need and havent heard back. I work a full time customer service job and its not hard being a nice person and helping guide customers to help with their confusion. In fact thats your job. Would never ever recommend such a place to anyone. Go somewhere else where you will get better service.
