Eddie V I remember two years ago I went with an online (lemonade I believe) home insurance and they dropped me months later, like they usually do as per reviews. I should have looked them up prior to closing on the home but like we all know, you’re a lot more focused on all other aspects of home buying that insurance gets overlooked. Any way! I got a couple local quotes and Daniela’s office was the best and still is. I recently got a quote for a home and auto bundle and realized I never left a review. Two years later and still a 5 star service!

Cassandra Kirkpatrick Ive been with Allstate 15 years and recently moved to Midland and transferred my policy to this office. Since doing so I have had nothing but problems!! My son had an accident shortly after switching and the agents at this office did absolutely nothing to help me through the claims process! Also when setting up the policy they didnt apparently didnt like what I said so they called my husband to complain about me! Unprofessional and unhelpful! Thanks to them allstate just lost a customer theyve had for 15 years.

Daniel Subia During our stint with this company and had the displeasure of canceling a couple of policies, of which i was expecting some form of refund or credit to my account, for the advance payment of the policy. It was never received or mentioned. Second issue was the charge of $28.00 for change of address which was charged as "change of zip code". The change in question, was from one P O Box to another. It was in the same building at the same zip code. The only change was the bill from the insurance agency and the size of the box, which was four rows up. i cannot believe that an unfair charge can be made in such a manner from a corporation of this size.

Izak Luna I was hit by another motorist that was underinsured and I followed Roy’s instructions on how to go about making the claims. Statefarm then denied my claim for the remainder after the other insurance and gap paid out. Do not trust these people. They are literally liars. Now I’m having to get a lawyer for an accident that I wasn’t at fault for even though I had full coverage and gap and did EXACTLY what Roy Nelson himself instructed me to do. Do yourself a favor and look up all the lawsuits against statefarm before trusting them to insure you and be there when you need them. I wish I could give negative stars. These people disgust me. They played me a fool when I trusted them to help me resolve my accident.

Jorge Ramos Not skilled in anything other than simple claims and basic services. Do not trust this company. They will lie and navigate their way, leave you in the mess they are supposed to clean up with other companies like insurance agents do. It’s in their scope. Or should be.
