Maria Flores I brought my daughter for her pedicure and manicure ..the gentlemen in the front was so nice and helpful. It was quite a wait but it was well worth it. They all have great customer service. I recommend it and I will be back soon.

Brooke Reece Coco Nail Studio is the cutest & cleanest nail salon I’ve been to. Their staff is amazing, sweet, and go above and beyond. My 3 year old daughter had her first nail salon experience there & Katie made her feel so special. Keisha did such a good job on my pedicure. You can tell everyone takes pride in their work and loves what they do. I can’t recommend Coco Nail Studio enough! We will be loyal customers.

Chelsea Harris Went in on Saturday afternoon with my daughter and requested pedicures, a full set and a refill and polish with nail art. I was immediately directed to the polish wall and never given the option of choosing a gel color. I had a design and color theme in mind, but the poor quality and selection of their regular polishes forced me to choose different colors. The procedure of the pedicure was very nice, I even complimented on the massage; however, the polish and trim of my nails left much to be desired. Toenails were uneven and she didn’t put enough coats of the poor quality polish on to look good. I requested another coat and she complied but obviously had left polish on my skin then rushed me to the manicure chair. A customer came in while we were still getting our pedicures and was sat for service, causing the tech caring for my daughter to get up and leave her without any communication about who would finish her pedicure. Eventually her nails were painted and she was directed to the drying table, she also received a pedicure that left polish on her skin. Upon sitting at the manicure table, I was told that I would have to use gel polish since that was what was already on my nails. I agreed and then found out they did not have the shade of green that I had applied to my toenails in gel. I readjusted my color choices for my nails based on their very slim selection of gel colors and you can see the results. While waiting for tech to return table. I realized my daughter was still waiting for her full set to begin. It was then I realized that there were only the 2 employees there. And the other customer was still being served. This when I re-examined my toes and looked my daughter’s realizing she had polish all over her skin too. I asked for our toes to be cleaned off, which she did, but it still left much to be desired for a pedicure polish. By this time, my daughter had given up on getting her fingernails done. I feel as though the tech rushed the process due to having 3 customers wanting manicures. I wish I would have read the prior reviews before wasting my time and money here. My nails were not dry when she directed me to wash my hands resulting in my thumb nails having a gummy texture. Also the polish work left me wishing I had left on my previous color design that was almost a month old. I had been in the salon for 2.5 hours at this point and did not want to be there any longer. It was not until I got outside that I could see how bad the quality of work really was. I will be returning on Monday to request my thumbnails and toenails get repolished, at the very least.

Nancy Dominguez Over priced for something SO horrible! I went during Easter & this woman charged me $40 for a gel set thats supposed to be coffin shaped & they arent even shaped AT ALL my nails look So horrible they dont even match & I have blood all over my nails.. I couldve done them myself & they wouldve been so much better smh.. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Bettye Morris Lauren is great with acrylic nails and pedicures. I have consistent compliments from others after each visit. She is flexible in meeting you for an appointment because she works alongside just two family members. She’s always available Thursday-Sunday and is always pleasant and kind. I have been a customer since her son was a toddler and now he is a college graduate.

Sarah Betten I went here to get a pedicure this week and I’m not sure if I got someone new or what, but worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten! The lady was very sweet and the massage was decent, but her technician skills were severely lacking… I got them redone at a different salon the next day and they did an amazing job. I’m posting both to show the difference! Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Hannah Hensley Anna has been doing my nails for about 1.5 years. She does great job, the selection is awesome and it’s affordable! I’ve also received pedicure and eyebrow wax, both services were excellent! Highly recommend!

Brittni Davis My daughter and I both got our nails and toes done. Exceptional service and amazing attention to detail. My daughter wanted Demon slayer nails and they hit it spot on. They made sure the size and style matched her petite hands. Which was a gel dip with extensions. And I got gel dip on my natural nails. The pedicure was fantastic too my feet came out looking amazing Smooth, and refreshed. And they cleaned up my daughters "sport" feet too! Definetly will be going back. This place is best I have found and I dont even have to go into Tyler!!

Brittney Barlow I was recommended to the rose spa and Emilee specifically for a pre birth massage. I booked an appointment with her almost a week before based on online availability. On arrival I received a different massage therapist than the one I booked with, with no explanation.

Kirk Hampton I made an appointment. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early before my scheduled time. I arrived 20. 15 minutes after my schedule time the receptionist ask if I would like to reschedule as my stylist was running behind. She could have told me that at my scheduled time. Terrible customer care service!

K I had such a wonderful experience at Innova’s nail shop! Innova and her husband do amazing work. The massage was to die for. I have anxiety and I felt like a weight was lifted off my chest after my pedicure. Out of town visitors to Tyler, TX will ONLY come back to Innova’s for our nail service needs. Thank yall!

Jabou Jobarteh Worst place ever. The lady didn’t cut or file my nails, nor did she push down my cuticles. She didn’t do anything to prep my nails—she just put the nail on and rushed through the design, which looked nothing like the inspiration picture. This was truly the worst manicure I’ve ever had.

Tiffany Poole Best nail salon around! I always get the cat eyes! Have gone to several in the area and this is the only one I keep going back to. I did one time have 3 of my nails chip and Kassi honored her work and fixed them for free even though I broke them. Mimosas and other drinks available! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where the nails dont pop off and look great every time!!

Candice Baker (inspiration picture is attached) I came in yesterday around 5 o’clock to get my nails done before I left for vacation. I didn’t leave till almost 9 o’clock. Extremely understaffed. I had to wait almost an hour in the middle of getting my nails done before I could get my design. I didn’t even get what I asked for! I asked for the ghost and flowers with a black square nail. I paid 70 dollars and I still tipped an extra 10 dollars. I tried to communicate I didn’t like what she was doing. I’m so embarrassed I have to go on vacation with these on my hands. I will not be back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE! ( you can see SEVERAL flaws below)

Alicia Jackson guy had to go over my nail 3 times and restart, still does not look good. choppy, not smooth, did not remove callus, promised a 15% discount at the beginning for pedicure, and then proceeded to tell me that they did not offer discount. the manager is the only one that does good in that nail establishment. talking calmly the other employee with long dark hair started raising her voice and talking about us to other employees. little do they know, we know Vietnamese. finally got to talk to the manager that was very respectful and helpful. i will not be back with this $20 gift card UP FOR GRABS.

Clayton Magee Tu does my pedicures and get take his time and the private rooms are amazing. Walking in to leaving to pay was a delightful experience

Hannah McCracken I came across Nails by Gina while on a Google search for a good manicurist…she had top reviews so I gave her a call to make an appointment. She was able to get me in almost immediately! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and really cared about the health of my nails! Her products are the best natural products available. I was also impressed by her intention to be thorough on sanitation guidelines. We shared sweet conversation, but also relaxing moments of silence. It was the best shellac pedicure and manicure that I’ve had in Tyler. I absolutely recommend Gina for your natural nails needs! I already can not wait to go back In a few weeks!

trina freeland I love this Woman and this place! Gina is a breath of fresh air and definitely gives you a relaxing spa experience while getting your nails done. She is never in a hurry to rush you through for the next client. She takes her time, is honest, trustworthy, priced right and a woman of God! Its great to just relax with a glass of wine or refreshing infused water and actually have a conversation with someone who is non judgmental and understanding.. Give her a try! You wont regret it!

Julie Smith Nails by Gina is my absolute favorite place and I wouldnt dream of getting my nails done by anyone else. Everything is clean, excellent quality products with lots of gorgeous colors to choose from. Gina does beautiful work and she is a professional, my nails always look amazing! I highly recommend her.

Karina Flores Horrible service, the owner is VERY rude, and not patient at all I had asked a question and she yelled back and it was only once that she had to repeat herself because I didn’t hear/understand her. The nails were rushed and turned out very ugly, I do not recommend this place. Rude, impatient and bad customer service. Seeing the pictures that are being posted I would’ve never went in the first place because they look pretty bad.

Ilene Martinez Was just there Pedicure was fine my manicure was not what i asked for so many bubbles i wanted my natural nail painted and they look so thick maybe it was to many coats of the gel polish idk but theres so many bubbles ! I didnt like the outcome at all of my manicure and they charged me 150$ for 3 pedicures and 2 manis one was a child and it was literally just painted she told me 65 for mine 25 for the child and 30 for the other pedicure and she charged me 150 ! I will not be back

Tiana Robbins I originally paid for two nails to hey covered with a heart but wiped it off because it got smeared before the top coat got put down. Some of them are shaped weird and some didn’t get sealed all the way. Paid five for the nails with the two hearts and even though I left with one heart paid for both and still left a five dollar tip because they were sweet. Not happy with them.

LaRhonda Jones I give the guy who does the pedicures 5 stars because to me he’s the best in the city of Tyler…Now the lady who does nails NO NO and NO I had a pic of a simple manicure and she did NOT do what I asked not even near it! I’m too ashamed to post the picture but it cost me $65 for a style I did not want nor like! I’ll never get my nails done here but I’ll faithfully come to get the pedicures!!!!

Ayy Bay I drive 45 minutes to get my nails done here. Sat there for 3 1/2 hours to get a powder set and pedicure. Got my nails done on a Wednesday they were off by Saturday. I called for 4 days straight never got an answer. Drive to tyler just for the lady to tell me u know sometimes nails don’t last. Well for $45 I expected nails to last longer than that. I’m talking to her and she just starts ignoring me. Worst service ever I guess the clot has got to their head.

Devin Madewell I very seldom leave a review especially a negative one. But here goes. I will say that price isnt bad that is the one positive thing that I have about the experience. However, I came in for a gel shellac manicure for 15$ you cant beat that price. So here is where the issue comes to play. I had one of my gels start lifting in the corner before I even left. I came back to show the nail technician she said she couldnt fix it and focused in on the black nail polish on it that she didnt remove fully (that wasnt even my complaint) my issue was the gel coming up off of my middle finger nail. So a friend met me at the salon to help better explain the problem. After talking with the technician who messed up my nail and one other tech ,who finally said okay and had me soak the gel off. They then left me sitting there for over an hour with the one nail soaking. Then when asking about who was going to fix the nail I was called a liar about the whole thing. Honestly, even for the 15$ price point the experience as a whole was not worth it. I would not recommend it.

My new salon has so much to offer and is incredibly clean n warming! Very friendly n know exact how to communicate that they care about every client on a sweet kind personal level!! Dee Martin Amporn and her team are always EXCELLENT! Not only does she do a great job on any service she provides, she is so kind and fun to be around. The salon is spotless, cute, and comfortable.

LaShunda Rena Morgan Rose and Kevin(aka Redneck Nail Tech) were awesome. We did the Essential Milk and Honey Spa(Pedicure). The price on this service is not bad at all. We have decided to make this a routine visit. It was a nice stress reliever. And the environment is very cozy and calming…not chaotic at all. I love the whole private suite setup they have throughout the building. It was just an all-around A+ experience. We will definitely be back. This salon is worth giving a try at least once.

Jalisa Johnson If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not waist your time or your money with these people. For one there is no customer service at all. Then they do a horrible job with nails and dont try and make it right. I went in to get a pedicure, manicure and my eyebrows done. When she got to my manicure I asked for Shellac and midway through Im noticing she just rushing through, my right hand never soaked she just started on it and the left only soaked because she was working on the right. Then she was clipping my cuticles but again rushing through it and they looked untouched. Didnt want to say anything I just wanted to get my service and leave but when she went to put the polish on it was horrible. It was clumpy and looked like my 5 year old did it. So I asked to fix the polish three different times for 3 different nails and Im hoping I dont have to say anything cause I know she is seeing this. Instead of taking the polish off and repainting the 3 clumpy nails she uses her fingernail, scrapes a little bit off the side and tried to paint over it. Im like you can not do that its still clumpy!!!!! Her manager comes over and Im showing her look at my nails they look bad and it just my regular nails with orange polish. The manager ask do you want her to fix it or take it off. I said I want it fixed I have asked her 3 times already just to fix it. Then the girl says I cant fix it. I said well just take it off. When she took it off my nails looked worse than they did before I went in she left chips of paint and u could clearly see she had not clipped my cuticles good. I told em I wasnt Paying for the manicure, just my toes and eyebrows and she got mad called the police. It was a horrible mess, and waist of time and money. Plus Its now 6:15, I gotta catch a flight early in the morning and cant even get a regular manicure cause now the other shops are closed or closing annnddd imma have to pay them for what u were supposed to do. We finally agreed on 15 dollars just for the manicure but Im still mad about that because its the fact that you run a business of professional, I asked you to fix something I was unsatisfied with, you couldnt and wanted to still charge me money for the mess you made and have a attitude about it. I see now why it was 2 people in there from 3-6 something when I left. I know it was just 15 dollars extra but Its the principal for me and a complete waist of time. Going on tv Thursday and imma be sure to let the city know please stay away from this place. No way they should still be open.
