Chris Watkin I work a stressful warehouse job and am on my feet 40+ hours a week. I come here to spoil myself once a month and its changed my life. The nail techs here dont mind that I come in with headphones and just zone out while getting a mani/pedi done, and I leave an hour feeling like a new person every time. Last year, my niece passed away, and they were willing to have a tech come in before business hours to do a custom nail job of her favorite nail art for my family before the funeral to honor her passing. For that alone, Bee Nails has my respect and lifetime business.

Tiffany Taft EMILY IS AMAZING!!!!! I absolutely LOVE my designed! She was quick and efficient! She talked and laughed with me the whole time and was just a sweet woman! I will never go anywhere else!!

Hazel Sharp I’m VERY disappointed in this place. I’ve been here a few times and my most recent visit was AWFUL. The nail technician cut two of my fingers and made me bleed. Then had two more injuries after getting them done, had two of my nails split in half and had to wear bandages on my nails for weeks because of it. I tip you all very decently every time & I don’t appreciate my most recent visit. I went to cosmetology school so I know causing a guest to bleed more than once is unprofessional and careless. The quality of the nails was not good. My nails should not split in half twice after I get them done and in the past I’ve also had them chip off. It makes me feel like they aren’t investing in high quality products in order to save money. I’m disappointed and I’ve spent a lot of money here and I only got injuries and pain in return. I feel like they don’t care about the customer safety and only care for money.

Sydney Minor What a wonderful experience. I got dip nails and gel toes and not only did they turn out beautifully but Sophia’s customer service was amazing. Very friendly and respectful. She took her time and asked several times if I was happy with my nails. This is the customer service and experience I have been looking for! Thank you Sophia!

Adrienne Dever Absolutely LOVE Sophia! Found her on Yelp when searching for someone near me to do my pedicure. I arrived in Dallas in Jan 2016 and have been going to her ever since. She is absolutely meticulous and her area and tools are very stationary. Sophia is so sweet, scheduling appts via text, and often working until 9pm and on Mondays to accommodate her clients busy schedules. When I first started seeing Sophia I would just get a regular polish, but I noticed she can do designs and challenged her to so some pretty cool stuff on my toes. Even if shes never done it before, Sophia never shies away from a challenge willing to try any design I send her and she has yet to disappoint. Highly recommend Sophia for anyone looking for a wonderful pedicure and a HOT style!

sentinal53 I love to take my girlfriend to get her nails done. Unfortunately this place is not the place for us. It was not clean, super warm and uncomfortable as all get up. The nail tech did not know really what Sue was doing. Also the 2nd nail tech tried to fix some other ladies nails who came in and said her gel nail broke just a day later. Lots of conflicting comments that we overheard. Overall unfortunately we will not be returning. There are plenty of other options that are better. Thank you but no thank you.

Nawal Rasheed Destiny might be the most meticulous and detail oriented nail tech I’ve ever worked with. First off, they were able to take me in later at night, when they were almost closing. I came in, and asked for dip. She asked me what shape I like, what color I want, whether I wanted nude or pink, and if I had any design in mind. I gave her my reference picture and she got to work. Not only was she fast, but she was so meticulous. Not only was she knowledgeable of trendy nails, but also everything was on point, the nail shape, the dip powder (which she recommended), the details and clean lines. She is absolutely amazing! I would recommend her to anyone that’s looking to get cute nails. She is extremely talented. With my first experience with her and this salon, I’m very impressed!

Khadifa Ali I came in for a gel manicure and a facial. The nails turned out fine, so Id consider coming back for that. However, the facial was very disappointing. I was with Sophia, and for the entire hour, she mostly talked, applied two creams, rubbed them in, and then used a basic sheet mask you could find at Daiso for less than a dollar. was charged $80 for that, plus expected to tip. My friend had a great experience with her facial here, but unfortunately, mine did not match that. I wont be returning for facials, but may come back for nails.

Emilie Klingman My mom and I went to Castle Nail for my birthday. We just did our natural nails, but the manicure and polish got our hands feeling great and looking beautiful! The forearm and hand massage felt so relaxing. The polish was applied neatly and looked flawless, which I know is difficult with natural nails. Brenda was patient as I chose 10 colors for my rainbow nails, an important reminder of hope for me as I’ve been through several medical procedures lately. It would be helpful if pricing was clear online. We paid $29 each for the step up from the most basic package, and ours included paraffin, fyi. Thanks, Brenda and Castle Nail!

Sonia Jiwani After coming here for several years, and seeing it get taken over my new owners this place has progressively changed and quality and integrity of the nail products are terrible. I bring all my friends and guest from out of town only for them to tell me their nails Chip and break within a week. This was the last straw for me. I have given this place numerous chances and they simply just have cheap old products and nail polish selection is not great and you can tell the polish are old and dried up. The manager is rude and doesn’t have any knowledge on conflict resolution. My pink and white set broke twice within one week. Expect your nails to break or chip within a week. Save your money. This is not what it used to be. It’s just not it

Latesha Wilson My favorite nail salon in the metroplex! Everyone does such a great job! When I go I normally get a pedi, full set or fill, lip wax, and brow wax! Since I started coming here 5 years ago I haven’t went anywhere else since! They provide quality work, are family friendly, and everyone is really nice! I would absolutely recommend them.

Becca Barton STAY AWAY! ! This place must dilute their polish. I got a mediocre pedicure and the polish chipped on 4 nails by the next day. I went back and they did repaint them. We left town the following day and 9/10 of my toes are chipped. Normally pedicures last me 3 weeks to a month. I tried going back to get my money back. They refused and were rdue.

Gabrielle Hawthorne Zendra is the best! Everything is always sanitary. She takes her time, and doesnt cut my sensitive skin. I drive from McKinney to see her, and its worth it. I dont trust anyone else with my nails.

FH Swerbeh PROs: Inquire about their Happy Hour nail discount! Very kind and warm inviting people work here. There was no wait time. Clean establishment. None of the equipment was oily from prior customers use. The ladies speak clear English. The nail tech worked with precision, not rushed, my nails were great. CONs: Getting to the location can be a problem if you dont know how to maneuver in the area.

I booked online (super easy!) for their first Saturday appointment of the day since we had a busy day ahead of us. As soon as we walked in at 8:58 (they open at 9!), everyone made us feel welcomed and consistently asked if we needed anything. Her nails turned out absolutely wonderful! The photo really doesn’t do them justice! Highly recommend the GenX Gel and the Deluxe Gel Pedicure!

Katayoun Dadyan You earn my business when you do a great job removing my nails And not just when you are giving me a new set. Treated me with less than respect charged me money for removal and left my hand in this condition. I don’t think you deserve my business at all I had to remove my nail for a specific task at work can’t have nail and I guess if you ask them to remove it they feel like you are cheating them out of money Nope my friend I’ll get my nails done else where from now on. Bad business

Payton Taylor I got charge 80 dollars for gel nails. Not only did they charge for gel and dip they charged for the French, the design, and the tips on top of it! On top of that I bled twice from being sliced with the file! Save your money and chose a salon that actually cares about there customers. Lots of better options!

Mandy Petty Cindy has been phenomenal! I went in a couple weeks ago to have my nails removed and dipped again. She did a fabulous job and was great about reminding me to join the rewards program for discounts! Today I had to go back in because unfortunately the top coat of my nails were chipping just barely two weeks later. Fortunately, I brought this to her attention and she immediately offered to buff & fix the top layer of my nails as well as trim them down to give me another week or two of these gorgeous nails before my next visit, free of charge! That is absolute top notch customer service and I DEFINITELY plan to return. Thank you so much Cindy! *photo is from tonight’s touch up*

Pam Hubbard Date of service: Nov 23, 2024. They dont deserve any stars. The new owner, Cindy, did an absolute terrible job on my nails. I get an acrylic overlay over my natural nails. She did them so incredibly fast and left out a couple steps. She didnt buff them smooth and no base coat. There were lines on every nail. She polished them, never cleaned up the polish on my skin. She didnt even put cuticle oil. She got up quickly and started another client. She never once came over to ask me if I was happy with my nails or have me pay. After sitting for over 20 minutes, I went to the register to pay and stood there 10 minutes before her husband came to check me out. I asked him for nail polish remover. I told him I wanted it all removed and I wasnt happy. He chuckled as he removed the polish off my skin only. I called on Sunday when I noticed my nails were separating from the acrylic. I went to have them fixed today. When they saw me they started talking in their language. I could tell it wasnt pleasant. The husband asked me which nails needed to be fixed. I said all of them. He told me he would put glue between my nails and the acrylic. ABSOLUTELY NOT! That is fungus waiting to happen. Cindy started blaming me for the problems. She is very unprofessional, rude, and cocky. I stood up and told them there service was awful. I told them I would be disputing the charge with my bank and posting a very truthful review. Then Cindy said they would fix them. Theres no way I trusted them to touch me. Looking back, I never saw anything being sanitized or cleaned. I also never saw their licenses posted. This is hearsay, but apparently the husband isnt even licensed. This review is written completely truthful. I hope this helps someone who is looking for quality nails. This place is not going to provide quality service or care. I called Posh nails and they told me to come in right away. Their level of care and service was above and beyond. EDITED TO ADD: I DID NOT BRING IN MY OWN POLISH. I PICKED FROM YOUR SELECTION. THE "CHIPPING" MUST HAVE HAPPENED FROM THE CHAIR TO MY CAR...HAHAHA. I HAVENT WORKED BEHIND THE CHAIR AS A HAIRSTYLIST IN 20 YEARS. PUBLISHED INFORMATION SHOULD BE TRUTHFUL.

mwenya namuziya Pathetic just left and my nails look horrible. I’ve been to better spas and to pay $113 for these awful looking nails is unbelievable. My toes were done nicely,and the owner Cindy was doing my fingers and when I told her she was not doing my nails as I wanted she got mad and went on to the next client!!! The 1 star is for the lady that did my toes and the other one that tried to fix what Cindy messed up!!! On top of this I had to wait 20-30 mins before she could my nails that are so ugly!!! You better close this store or get someone good to run it. I demand a refund and you can take out these ugly nails

Tara Johnson I went in with my daughter and a friend yesterday. They used a dip powder on my nails with acrylic , never had that before , my right hand (nails) is longer then my left , very chunky and over used the acrylic on all 5 nails , my left hand is fine just how I want it , they did a quick pedicure cause I was pregnant and wanted my feet to feel better but again over used the gel nail polish and my right foot big toe is chunky with a mound of polish on it , very rushed and the tech did not seem trained or know what she was doing , the other tech had to tell her how to do things , I dont know if I should go back and have them fix it ..I spent 128.00 and thats a bit much for a crap job and not being happy when I walk out as a customer!! My husband said I would go back and have them fix it!!

P M The lady that was doing my nails on monday was too lazy to add the colors i wanted so she convinced me that clear and simple was still nice. She still charged me the same amount (45) for these short simple clear acrylics. 4 days later one broke off already. Quality: 1/5. … service 1/5 as well. Never coming back again lol.

Bitsey Ann If I could rate this Zero stars, I would. I went here to have my nails done 3 days before attending a wedding. After 2 days, this is what my fingers looked like, the polish cracked and falling off and the cuticles had not been trimmed. Not only was it an awful job, I was charged $35 more that what I was told before I had the mani-pedi. At no point during the services did my technician tell me it would cost more. I will NEVER step foot in here again, and warn people to STAY AWAY!

Grace Duininck I was charged $45 for a gell polish. My friend was quoted $40 for an entire dip manicure. I went back to have them explain the price and was handed a business card with “10 dollar” scribbled on the back as a “gift card?” My nails looked so bad and it was not an enjoyable experience. The polish was all over my fingers down to my knuckles and my nail tech used a nail file on my skin to remove the polish. Then sprayed me with rubbing alcohol and used a dusty towel to clean it all up. Would not recommend.

Michelle 7803 This place is ridiculous. I will be reporting them. I walked in asked for a manicure dip and no sooner than I was seated the man turns his tool on and lacerated my pinky. I bled all down my finger. It stung. I got up I said Im done. He knew what he did he said are you bleeding. I walked out and called for a manager or supervisor. No one present. I was told they were doing errands and no one called me back all night!

Crysta Swayzer Crum I needed my set taken off and nails cut short to make it through the move I have coming up. I’m on my side of town and I can’t go too far because I’m waiting on my kid to finish his appointment. All that to say….I looked up the closest salon and these guys did not disappoint! Brian was my tech and he was very gentle and make my hands look just like a middle school girl for the week, like I asked. lol. I may have to sync my appointments with my kid’s schedule.

I should let you know they as cute as the nails are, they actually did a lot of damage to my nail. I’ve never had this difficult of a time removing the nails. So I will never go here for any type of gel nail, structure gel, acrylic or dip application. Absolutely worth the price with discount for any other safe services.

NeeNee Robinson I will never come back to this place. Went in for a pedicure and full set for me and my daughter. I got medium long nails with two colors and two color pedicure, my daughter got super short nails and one color on both hands and feet. First problem I had to tell the guy who was doing my nails that my nail was crooked and he replied “what do you want” for you to fix it….and then there “menu” pedicure says 35$ when it was time to pay they charged me $110 for me which I was kinda confused but ok then charged me the same exact price for my daughter who got super short nails and one color….come to find out they charged me 20$ for gel polish on my feet!!! How ridiculous is that?? when you asked me what I wanted why didn’t you mention it’s 20$ more to get gel polish on my toes???? How does a pedicure go from 35$ to 55 and that’s the same gel you used on my nails for 55$??? And if I got two colors and longer nails why would you charge me the same exact price for my daughter??? That’s overpriced she might as well got two colors as well and way longer nails. Overcharged and not pleased with the results the guy doesn’t know how to shape long nails….I can’t believe I spend that much money for my daughter…disappointment Updated I went on Sunday 6/16 and here it is Thursday 6/20 and my nail is broken and 2 were cracked smh Today 6/23 I have 3 cracked nails and one broken one and 3 nails are the same one I went to fix on 6/21!!!! Keely Hanson I’ve been here a few times but this time (on a Friday afternoon) was terrible. First off I’d like to say to the owners I can tell you guys probably spent a lot of money on this place, however you guys need to hire better staff/more employees. Customer service is non-existent, there is barely any communication except “what would you like today?”. Felt like 90 degrees in the salon, as if either the heat was on or air was off. Definitely not okay when this is Texas heat people are dealing with. Only 3 workers, myself and another woman in the salon. The lady doing my basic white toenails did great! However, the woman who did my nails took forever on another woman. Telling me to “come back later”. While the lady who ended up doing my nails got a complaint from another customer that she was taking too long. They only have one person doing either your toes or nails first at a time. On average you will be spending about 3 hours in the salon, while other salons actually have 2 people work on you at once. Pedicure was $35 for the “regular” and Manicure was $65. Total: $100. I was there for 3 hours, I will not be coming back until the man who normally does my nails is there. Apparently he’s out of town at the moment. Not to mention their fish tank was green and disgusting, they are not taking care of the fish they have which has to be some sort of city violation.

Sally Johnston I had my first visit at The Nail Place in Coppell last night based off of a reference from a good friend of mine whose nails always look very nice. When I called to make an appointment, I was able to get in same day. Wendy, the owner did my powder dip manicure and Kelly did my pedicure that I fought from falling asleep while she was massaging my feet and legs! So relaxing. The salon is a no-fuss, get straight to it kind of place and that’s ok with me. All the ladies working last night were joyful and very friendly with each other and all the customers. Even the ladies that were getting their nails done were interacting with other customers. A real sense of community. I love how everything came out and made my 2nd appointment before I left. ***MAKE AN APPOINTMENT*** These ladies are working non-stop, back to back clients so you may have to wait longer than you want if you just walk-in. My powder dip color is 335 from the Organic book and toes are 176 from standard book. Thank you Lynda for telling me about them!

When I arrived, I showed them a picture of what I wanted (At that moment, if they couldn’t do it, they should have said so) But she gets started with the service and then tells me designs are one of one so it may not look like the picture And proceed to tell me it will cost $100 plus. The designs do not look like the picture and the nail shape is not shaped to my actual nail. They are big and bulky. I will not be returning. I don’t appreciate having to argue And be told something is the way it is because that’s the way it is versus accommodation , And willingness to do what the customer is asking.

madelyn garrett My first time going here on arrival, I was pleased with how nice people were and the salon itself. I also loved how many color options there were almost too many to choose. I was told the price was starting at $48 and is dependent upon length and shape. Has she started working on my nails everything was normal. While shaping I was cut with the file. She used a gel topcoat, even though I voiced that I usually don’t get those because I peel them every time I prefer the dip topcoat. Another lady sat down a mobile register And asked me to go ahead and pay while she was still in the process of doing my nails my total was $58 and I tipped $12 in total I paid $70. The pictures show how the gel was not carefully put on and was left on my cuticles and is now peeling and how different parts of my nail don’t even have color on them. I called and asked for a soak off and refund and I was told they don’t do refunds only fixes and as I was trying to understand and explain myself she hung up on me.
