Lindsey Perry My husband and I had an unexpected layover in Dallas… We passed time at spa here and it was lovely. Rita and Santa blessed us with an amazing 30 minute massage. It was the best thing we never knew we needed. Highly recommend.

Christina Finizio I came here because I was suffering from a migraine from in flight pressure. Eliza is truly an expert and helped direct me to the right treatment. She made me feel really comfortable and within 15 minutes, my migraine was completely gone. She saved my day. Definitely worth it!

Dempsey Miller Dora is amazing!!! I got a gel manicure and not only does it look amazing it took 20 mins! I was worried about making my flight and I was still early! She is also so sweet and lovely to talk to. Highly recommend

Brianah K Let me start off by saying I LOVE this salon!! Lynn the owner is the biggest sweetheart ever and always makes me feel welcomed. Tee did this set and I am over the moon. This must be the most beautiful set of nails I’ve ever had. She was gentle, efficient and had such an eye for detail. Tracy did my pedicure the other day and she did such a fantastic job as well. Plus I’m a baby to pain and I wasn’t uncomfortable once. The salon is so beautiful, modern and clean!! I 1000% recommend trying this place out you won’t regret it.

Rashunda Murray My daughter was told she would I have to pay an extra 5 dollarsto get her cuticle cut? Next its going to be a charge to sit in the chair. Also her nails are short no design for 50 bucks. I asked co workers who nails are longer with a design same price. We will now be going to the place she gets her nails done. Never again.

Brenda B. Great nail salon. I had a Hawaiian pedicure that came with a shoulder massage and it was relaxing. The gel polish lasts a long time and the drinks are refreshing. Definitely my new nail spot that I will keep visiting. The spa is huge and beautifully decorated.

Leema Oja Nice people but they rush through the whole thing. Paint and acrylic application is very sloppy, very careless. Nails are super uneven and they don’t notice if you point it out. The tech actually gave me the file because he couldn’t see that the acrylic was outside of the range of my nail and was overlapping on to my skin. You would think they would do a better job with how high they charge. It sucks because they really are nice people but at the end of the day I have to live with these nails not them. They need better training.

I have had paint, gel, chrome, and ombre. Everyone in here is very nice and professional and I will continue to come back!

Precious Lindsey I’ve been there about 3 times now & some thing is always wrong. The last time I went which was a week ago, I have a no chip on my toes & nails. My polish is always coming off & im kind of tired being nice especially when I always spend 100+.. I do not recommend them.

Cindy Galdamez I love Serenity spa, Ive been to a couple places to get my nails done but this is by far the best, I mostly get my nails done for special occasions so Ive been coming here for about 4 years. The ladies are really nice, Linda usually does my nails and shes great! Kim did mine today and she did a good job as well, they listen to what I want and theyre always sweet. I never make appointments and they always help me anyways, so convenient. And they have so many gel colors to choose from! Love them!

N a e c The staff is rude and unprofessional. They will be having loud conversation with each other as they are taking care of clients. Dancing and hollering right in front of the customers. The one that took care of me last time was very nonchalant and barely listening to my instructions. I told her several time she was too hard on my nail and asked her to cut one of them; she kept saying " I do for you " but nothing was ever done. My toe nails were not properly cleaned, yet she was about to put the gel color on it. My cuticles were badly cut too and I ended up paying 15$ dollars of manicure regardless.

Gabriela Hasová Love this place! My nail technician was Mimi and she did a great job with my French dip manicure. First time doing it for me and Im loving it! Mimi took her time to make sure everything looked perfect and fulfilled all my requests. And Courtney at the front desk is the sweetest! I felt welcomed and taken care of and Im definitely coming back!

Kate Tyra 10/10! It was my first time getting acrylics and I was super nervous bit the staff were very sweet and professional. I felt so relaxed once they started and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Male sure to ask for Lin when you get your nails done, she was lovely.

Gracie Salas Please please do not go here! called to see if she could see me. When i arrived i told the lady i wanted gel on both feet and hands. She told me gel wasnt a good idea on feet. I told her i always had them done. When she began to remove my nails on my hands it had to be the worst nail removal ever! I also asked if someone else could work on my pedicure and she stated that would be too difficult a task for them. I left when i couldnt stand the pain of nail removal....

Blanca Berumen I would never come here again!!! The worse place to your nails. It only last 4 days. The lady doesnt understand what you want or how to do them. If you want powder she has like 10 color. When ever I paid in card she ask for my name and phone number like if was going to get rejected.Save your money and time!!!!

Maru De la Fuente I needed a refill in my nails and this place came up in my way. Tried it and my nails came out perfect, like new! Steven’s attention was great, not like other places nearby where they are not friendly at all. Might not be as fancy in location or inside as other close nail salons but it definitely does the job. Would 100% come back.

C C Never in my life have I ever had someone do my nails so terrible. I have been back twice in one week and the look terrible still. The top coat of the dip is spotty or patchy. My nails are unevenly filed. I went back and the owner fixed them this time and they look worse then when I went in the first 2 times. My only complaint from the other times was that they were thin and broke easily. I am absolutely appalled. I will not be returning.

Shelea Coleman I was short on time and wanted to kill two birds with one stone and came across this place after several others said they couldn’t take me. I thought I was lucky but my cuticles hurt so bad! The lady who did my nails was so sweet and the man who did my pedicure did amazing! However, I feel like they might be a little over priced. I notice they only had two types of pedicures and a “regular” pedicure is not it. They basically force you to get the most done.

breana rodriguez Came in recently and was greeted very nicely. I scheduled my appt to be at 10:30 so thinking because the manager is gonna be working on my hair, I thought she would be there. They said she was running late so I thought it would be 10-15 mins. She had me waiting almost an hour... On to of that I wanted my dark hair to be a lighter color so she promised she could do that. So Im watching her do her thing and long story short, my hair cane it horrible, not even near close to the color I wanted!!! She gave me some weird pink highlights! I told her I hated having dark hair but guess what.. Its still dark. Looks nothing like the picture I showed her. I wanted to cry. Never coming back here EVER. I waisted $200 on something I could of dinner myself.

Giselle Ventura I got my hair dyed at another salon and they messed it up really bad , came to Aroma and they fixed it so good! I wont ever go to another place again. They take care of your hair amazingly and their work is very professional. Will definitely recommend it to people.

Beautiful Crimson I’ve been going to this place for years. Kate was my nail tech. My nails were always perfect. I was never overcharged. I always had great service. Up until recently. Suddenly everything went up $5-$10. I chipped an acrylic toe, that shouldn’t have chipped. The guy did a poor job on my acrylic. I also wanted my nails trimmed down. I go to get my nails trimmed and my toe fixed and they are charging me. Which is ridiculous! I’ve never been charged to get my nails fixed. So basically, I’m being charged twice for the same set. Yeah, I’m done coming here. Been coming here since 2016. It was nice while it lasted.

nick avila Dont really understand the bad reviews, the ladies their are heartwarming and make great conversation! As I was doing my pedicure I read reviews and was scared but to be honest I love my nails! Never really liked doing my nails because it never came out right but the lady doing my nails honestly took her time! She did poke me twice but besides that really no bad reviews, their is a language barrier but the menu board is right next to the register for you too see!

Shonda Usually when i go to nail shops, they are too busy getting people in and out. Regal Nails is an Excellent place and good customer service ….Cathy did a good job on my set and took her time. Jenny did a good job on my pedicure, will return soon.

Tejaswi Velivelli I’m really disappointed with the service I received during my visit. My friends had a wonderful experience here, and the lady who did their gel nails was fantastic. However, the technician who worked on me was not only rude but also did a poor job on my nails. There was residue left around my fingers, and when I asked for help, she simply denied it and refused to assist me. It’s frustrating because the quality of service I received was far below expectations. I hope the salon addresses this issue, as I was expecting a much better experience.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a modern and classy decor that made me feel instantly relaxed. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. My nail technician was amazing – she was meticulous, listened to exactly what I wanted, and offered great suggestions to enhance my look. The range of colors and designs available was impressive, and the quality of products they use is top-notch. I would highly recommend 222 Beauty Lounge to anyone looking for a high-quality nail salon experience. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Ramon Amaya If I could leave negative stars I would. This place has horrible service and did a horrible job. Pictures speak for themselves. Please zoom in. There was an actual hair in one of the nails that was just covered instead of removed and the nail repaired. During the final process, she ended up getting cut and bled over all of the utensils. The tech did not even sanitize or remove any of the equipment so we were unsure of whether or not it was fresh and had been used before with other people that had bled out similarly. When we went back in they would not offer any refunds to try and make it right. We asked them to at least try and fix it and they were very hesitant due to "our rudeness." All that was asked for was a refund or repair. At the end of the day we were asked to leave due to them finally providing a refund and nobody trying to even finish removing them. We ended up staying until they were at least soaked off but with HUGE hesitation. DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING GOOD SERVICE!

My mom loves getting her natural nails done by (Elizabeth) here but a lot of people come for the gel, acrylic nails and see the lady in the front or the guy that sits in the back of the salon. The guy in the back is the best. Good service when in the area. Got a pedicure by Wynn( Hyn) $25 pedicure +5 French $30

Mary Carlson I’ve gone to this nail salon for almost 20 years and I LOVE it! Y’all should go and let Dee or Liam do your nails. They stay busy and an appointment is recommended. Hands down the best hidden salon in Irving!

Ann Henkel I came in today to get a pedicure and they are great! They have put up plastic curtains between the chairs and shields and sanitizer for every station. I felt very safe, there wasnt a lot of people and the staff were great about getting me in and out in a safe manner. Not to mention they always do a great job! If you are like me and have been avoiding going to the salon because of covid, this place will take care of you!
