1 /5 Rose Emma: Got the worst experience I have ever had in any nail parlor all my life. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I booked an appointment 3 days before and I was promised good service. We agreed on the service I wanted and the cost. When I got there on 12/26, I went through what we had discussed again, and it was all good. Later, a lady walked up to me and told me that the price changed from $70, then $80 and finally settled on $90 – they kept using the word ‘regular’ which I could not understand.
The owner – both the man and lady were very rude when I asked them to explain to me why the change in service and charges after we had discussed and agreed. I still do not understand why it changed so much as I paid for it.
Now to the service, I wanted French tips – see the picture below of what they did. The final result was horrible – to say the least. It was like the first time they had ever heard about it. I wanted to maintain the shape of my nails but what I have is plainly ugly. The shape of the nails is ugly. They are bumpy, bulky and untidy and I feel very embarrassed. Everything they did was just wrong.
I do not recommend this place to anyone, and I would like to request them to make amends and respect their clients. They do not speak fluent English (which is fine by me since we could communicate somehow) and the owner talked to her employees in their native language and laughed as they did.
I’m a sad client and will not return there again.
