Dina 10/10 overall experience especially for it being my first time here. Niki @ the Fort Worth location is amazing at what she does. I got the deep tissue massage & she did not hold back when I said she could apply as much pressure as needed.

Yu-Hsuan Liu A great hot spring venue, the layout and environment are very comfortable. Its very relaxing to be in there. The only thing that disappointed me was that I chose the “deep massage” but I couldnt feel anything deep at all, just the feeling of being touched on my skin. It makes me feel like I spent 135 just to have someone touch my body. Didnt achieve the effect I wanted

Frances Moore This was my very first massage and Im glad I was able to experience it at The Woodhouse. From check-in to check-out, everything flowed and was easy. The spa was very clean and tranquil. The drink selections were nice (cant go wrong). My masseur (or massage therapist), Daylon, was excellent! He knew this was first experience, so he ensured my comfort/pleasure and comfort levels throughout the massage. Overall, I loved it and plan to come back!

Teya Wynn Yesterday I went and got my nails done it was cute and everything. I noticed my nail was crooked. I went back today and got told it’s my finger nail that’s crooked! I told her my nails have never been crooked take a look at my fingers.. I didn’t get before pictures but it was leaning to the side y’all. So the lady who run reception does my soak off mind yu the same lady who said my nail was crooked. She reapplied the nail did the powder coat. The lady who did my nails yesterday filed my nail but didn’t make it the same shape at all. Then the man attempted to paint my nails and I told him he couldn’t do it right have her do it. He continued to try and finally had her do it. At the end of the day it didn’t come out right it was rushed and to many hands where helping in the process it never comes out the same when yu have different styles of work. Also when yu know yu wrong why not fix it it’s yur job to do so and why be upset when someone notice that yu did something wrong !

Jana Doyle I had the BEST time here! Marissa did a phenomenal job with my dip manicure. It was so incredibly nice to have a nail tech that wanted to communicate with you, actually take care of your nails, and treat you with the utmost respect. Not once did I feel like I was just another customer on the books that they were trying to rush through. I felt like an actual human being… a real client that they actually cared about. Will most definitely keep coming back!!!

Tanisha Askew I have been going to Marissa for a decade and she fixed my nails to make them healthy and beautiful. She has taught me so much about appropriate nail care over the years. They are always my go to. I literally will drive the hour to get my nails done.

Ana Miller not at that place, the whole thing was nuts i get there and the door is locked but there was no forewarning that it would be and no doorbell so i was just standing there waiting then the lady who was supposed to do it was the one who greeted me but didn’t know what i had booked and was running behind on someone else’s nails and clearly flustered so i sat and waited until 2:45 for my 2:30 appointment i booked gel by mistake but told them i wanted dip powder and had already booked nail art for two nails online. i sit down for my late appointment with her having no intention of doing nail art and tell her that i think i’d like to add tips only to be told that it was by appointment only so there’s time to do everything, understandable, even though the previous client’s time had taken up mine and now there was no time left to even do what i had pre booked. would have willingly given up nail art to add tips but just wanted to leave.

Ashley Lucio I’ve been coming to Day Spa for a few years now, and I absolutely love it here! Chi is my go-to for my nails — she always does an amazing job. I get my nails done at least once a month, and if I ever have any issues, they fix it right away with no problem. Their customer service is truly the best! Chi even did my nails for my wedding back in September, and ever since then, I won’t let anyone else touch my nails. I highly recommend Day Spa if you’re looking for a nail salon you can trust. Honestly, all the techs here are great — every time I get a pedicure, it’s with someone different, and it’s always perfect. I can’t recommend them enough!

Krissy We are in complete awe. I brought my daughter here after a previous place really messed her nails up. Chi fixed her up and did her nails EXACTLY how she wanted them. Chi did amazing. We are so happy. We will definitely be back!

Mariah Chi did my nails and I absolutely LOVE them. She is a very talented nail tech and can do just about anything. I showed her a reference picture and she did the exact shape, color, and design that I wanted! (I even think they look better than the picture I showed her and I’ve gotten so many compliments at work) Prices are very affordable and product is great quality. Service was very fast and the staff are friendly. I will be returning here!

Meridith Budde worst manicure i have gotten, EVER. i went in with shorter nails (i had taken my gel polish off at home) and WITHOUT ASKING the manicurist proceeded to cut the whites off of my nails ENTIRELY. she then “buffed” them with an extremely coarse file and when i asked that she at least please file the edges of my nails (she hadn’t) she acted like it was imposition. the hand massage was a joke; careless & sloppy. i wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. adding photos for reference so you can see the length i went in with & the ugly a$$ nubs i walked out with.

Laura Mejia This was my first time at this salon, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Ive heard great things about other locations, but this one greatly disappointed me. I left injured. While my pedicurist was polite, the service was far from safe. During the callus removal, she scrubbed aggressively with a plastic tool and moved to the inside of my foot without checking the thickness of the skin. I dont have calluses there, yet she scrubbed just as hard. I pulled away and told her it hurt, but she simply placed my foot back in the water and moved on. I asked her to be gentler with the other foot, which she was, but by the time she walked away to get other supplies, I noticed stinging in the foot she had scrubbed earlier. When I pulled it out, I saw two open cuts where she had rubbed away skin. I told her I had been hurt-she apologized but then proceeded as if nothing had happened, attempting to apply hot wax to the injured foot. I had to repeatedly stop her from using products on the wounded area and ask her to rinse it and provide a bandage. She did so, but immediately asked for payment-even before the service was completed. To my surprise, she came back with a smile and saying she gave me a 10% discount. I was left angry and disappointed. My friend stayed behind to speak with the manager, who initially offered only 30% off my next visit-as if Id ever return. After a long discussion, they finally agreed not to charge me for the pedicure, but that doesnt erase what happened. This experience highlighted a major safety concern: the staff seemed unprepared to handle injuries in a hygienic, or professional way. In a setting where infections can easily spread, this is unacceptable.

nilda rubio This is my go-to nail salon — staff is welcoming and helpful. Love the drinks and atmosphere 10/10 !! Hannah is my girl I love getting my full set with her; she is literally the best. I love how she takes her time to make your nails look impeccable. For my pedicure, I highly recommend Jolie — she’s so sweet and does an amazing job. Thank you guys so much !

My girl made sure I was happy with the color, length, shape, and even adjusted things a few times for me. I’m so excited to show off my nails at my husband’s work Christmas party tonight. brii c If I could rate it a 0 STAR I WOULDDDDD!!! Im done coming here the treatment has been going down hill. Keep in mind I been coming here over a year. They wanted to charge me $120 for this uneven set. They have awards for being the best in DFW, but cant even do a simple set evenly. Im very disappointed in the services Ive been receiving lately. Seems like the service quality has only gotten worse not better. They pick and choose who to treat better/do better work on, and Ive always tipped, never complained, and its got me nothing. Time to find a better quality place to take my business.

Ava Horsburgh I got my nails done here for the first time today as a birthday gift from my parents. Maria was my tech and BOY OH BOY did she SLAY. She texted me pretty promptly after I booked my appointment and used my Pinterest to get a general idea of what I wanted AND to draw inspo for some CUTE suggestions. We ended up doing a baby blue cat-eye on my natural nail and adding some cutie scattered rhinestones. (Ill attach photos later!) The salon itself is SO clean and cutie. Im a regular at Cafe Momento which is in the same shop block so everything was comfortable and familiar! The music was vibey and fun and I loved how much natural light pours in. Maria was so kind and easy to talk to and I really enjoyed "hanging out" with her while she did my nails; she really made the whole experience feel so personal and not like I was a transaction to be had or a box to be checked. Her attention to detail is so admirable and I am seriously OBSESSED with how my nails turned out. I couldnt be happier and couldnt recommend Maria and Frida more !!!!!

Fischer Roberta “Robbie” I did services with Miss Sydney and Miss Mindy and they were amazing!! Miss Sydney besides doing amazing pedicures she also offers reflexology!!! And I absolutely recommend it as an add on to the perfect day of self care and pampering yourself!! For nails I highly recommend Cindy, Mindy and Tammy came highly recommended and I’m so glad I listened!! She is the most sweetest lady and really aims for great quality and perfection!! The salon is so clean and beautiful. They have so many colors and polish options, I tend to stick with cats eye and she showed me new tricks and skills on the cats eye design!! I will DEFINITELY be returning to her!!! You can’t go wrong here!! They are all so nice and welcoming from the moment that you step foot through their doors!!

adw-tx Recently visited Heritage Nails and Spa for a manicure and a Tropical Paradise pedicure. The experience was just as wonderful as last time--excellent customer service and attention to detail. I have to say, my feet are absolutely delighted! The new foot spas are amazing, and the prices are very reasonable. Plus, I discovered they offer a 5% discount if you pay in cash, which is a great deal. I wasnt sure if Id be able to get in, but I walked in and was quickly seated. It was the perfect way to unwind and pamper my feet after a busy week.

Sarah Booked appointment ahead of time for my daughter’s birthday, 7 girls ages 8-12, and they were ready for us. Super accommodating, fast, friendly, very clean. All the girls loved the experience!

Abril Virgen I decided to come try the salon as I haven’t gotten a professional pedicure in a long time and I wanted to treat myself. The technician took out two small ingrown nails from both my toes and he decided to keep cutting, I was in pain but I just trusted the process. I told the guy I wanted him to stop and just leave it for next time and he decided to keep cutting, only after bleeding non stop he decided to stop. I was bleeding for about 7 minutes until another lady had to take his place and continued to try and stop the bleed. They applied Neosporin. Finally after 10 minutes of non stop bleeding I left the salon. It’s been 2 days and my toes are still swollen and in pain. When trying to clean my toes at home I noticed that not only the guy did a bad job cutting, but my nails were not filed and only had 1 layer of nail polish. I regret so much paying for the service.

Maribel Fraire Not all that for the prices! Very expensive and very poor work. I dont recommend it. Dont go there. They tried to fix it, but they really made a mess. They left a lot of excess acrylic under all my nails and they looked like they had been growing for a week I have to go somewhere else to have those acrylic nails removed and have the work done again. First and last time there. My sister and I paid almost $300 for nails and a pedicure.

Daisy Carrillo I don’t normally get my nails done but after today, I we will definitely make it a routine. LeHang and Tina were amazing. Kristi Kelton I went here for the first time. I told them I was bored with the plain old nails I was getting from other places. I told them I love glitter and sparkles and rhinestones. The pic is what got for $60!!!! And he cut off all my real nails to put on tips. Ive been growing my real nails for months. So disappointed. While I appreciate the reply...I didnt ask for gel color and the custom design is a joke. It is 5 flakes of iridescent sparkle covered with clear acrylic. Absolutely NOT what I asked for. Also, other reviews say they offer drinks...I was not offered one.

Camila Barrangan I just got out of this place and that was the first and last, the girl couldn’t give me a French and this is the nails I got out of the salon with. When I get in she asked me what I wanted and I said French and I showed her the picture and she asked me what color powder I wanted and I said regular (I’m not always getting my nails done) also she is the “professional so she should know what powder to use with a French. Then when was time to do the French she said that it was not going to look good because I got clear powder!! The thing is clear powder or pink powder, you are the professional and should have done a better job on the nail’s themselves!! Now I have to go spend more $$ to get it fixed and the French I wanted!

Wynter Thurman Horrible service and will never go back! I asked for short white tips..The lady was very rude and got upset when I let her know I did not want the white tips glued on but I would prefer her to paint the white tips. She was rude and rough the entire service! Nails having been on a week and look HORRIBLE!

LaAsia Bennett This is not my first time at this salon, but it will definitely be my last. I got a mani pedi, and my pedicure was fine but my manicure was absolutely terrible. The nail tech that did my gel manicure clearly did not want to so it and was working as quickly as she could to get it over with. She filed my pinkie nail down so much she cut me an i started to bleed!! Another nail tech gave me a treatment drop, but when asked if I could get a bandaid, she said “it’s wasn’t bleeding and it wasnt that bad”. Disgusting response!! The nail tech didnt even say sorry, but instead just payed attention to doing her own nails! I am in total disbelief. I could not add a photo now, but once I can, I will send an update. Update: I have included photos of my finger but the images do not give the cut justice. It was very deep and hard to capture through image, but it was a painful couple of days as it began to heal. I also included a photo of my manicure, very thick and sloppy job.

taylor jones This is my second time getting builder nails from them, and they are amazing. I had a different color at first but I didn’t like it so I came back the next day and they changed the color with no problem! The customer service is amazing and everyone is so friendly. My natural nails are growing beautifully.

Briana Roy My first time here! Sweet staff, very affordable services, really cute and trendy nails. I really like the natural ombre nail look, and I came in with an old overgrown ombre set. I requested a shorter version of this design using my reference photo from pinterest. My nails came out way better than the original set I came in with and as a much more close replica of my photo than the original set. She really took her time, patiently listened each time i requested "oh a little bit shorter?", and even kindly asked a few questions about me to help pass the time. The girl next to me was getting almond shaped frenchies, and they also looked soooo nice. Come walk-in!

Sarah Schelling absolutely amazing set of nails! they where perfectly shaped and held up for 6 weeks and only broke because i dropped a weight on my finger! i’m a barber and do weightlifting and these nails where the only ones that have made it this long. the second photo is at the 6 week mark but look how stunning the set is

Melissa Helen was fantastic - very knowledgeable, excellent technique, and accommodating. I moved from NYC and film with my hands so can be particular with nail salons. Very impressed. My pedicure was great - the callous remover and paraffin wax are my fave parts of the pedicure. Wish I would have come in sooner. Highly recommend.

Emily Reyes Luxury1 nails is the best nail salon in Fort Worth, I came across their pictures on instagram ,decided to check them out and I haven’t gone to another salon since I started coming here! Amazing customer service and prices are great !! I get my nails done by Tam or Helen both are very talented. I have been getting my nail services here for about 2 years now and have never had a bad experience with them :) I definitely recommend stopping by 10/10 ✨

Donna Brown The comp service I was promised was not given "you didnt come back within 10 days" When I called immediately after the sloppy work was done I was not told I had to return within a certain time frame. I was instructed to make an appointment with Mi or Diamond when I was ready. I made the appointment and explained that the service was to be compt. At that point she should have told me no and why. The manager today was not here when the complaint was made. * TIP When/If you come to this location always ask for Tim, his work is ALWAYS excellent.

Ace Perez This was my very first time ever to do My feet and nails. This is a place that I will return to again I felt like I was part of the family and well taken care of. The owner took care of me herself and took a lot of attention to detail gave me the full dose of her entire treatment. Conversation was awesome and the people were just simply amazing. I highly recommend this location to anybody that needs their nails and feet done or simply just wants to come in and relax. This is a very top notch top shelf place to go and I will definitely return. You made a cheerleader out of me I will definitely send more people.

Windy Pearce Sara is an amazing nail technician! All of the staff are Very friendly, courteous and take their time to make you feel welcome! Reasonable Prices and a clean environment. I have been a client for about 8 years! Definitely recommended, especially Sara!! They are open 7 days a week. These are Dip Nails starting at $40. For Color more if you add more details. Mariah Garcia Went to the salon 25 mins after it open and was told they didn’t have any nail techs. I waited for 30 mins before a lady came in to do my nails. The lady was aggressive when doing my nails and was constantly hurting me with long nails of her own. Place isn’t worth the money.

Jamie Sheets I got two fake toe nails put on a few weeks ago, I went back today because one of them has been infected now and they refused service from me because of the infection and she try to say they weren’t the ones that put it on and that’s the only place I go, as it’s 1 minute from my house. I just wanted the fake toe nails off, and now I have to pay money and go see a doctor because of their fake toe nails.

Sammi Young 1st time using Legacy after referral from coworker and I have found my new salon! Julie did AMAZING work! She had to take off the previous set (NOT done well at all) and do a new set. I am beyond thrilled with the way they came out. Oh, also had a crazy relaxing spa pedi too. Dont be on the fence about going here, they are worth every hard earned penny!
