Crystal Flores Do not get lash extensions done here! It was my first time in. I requested refills because my usual lash consultant could not see me until Saturday so this place was recommended. It took 2 and a half hours for the refill! She glued an eyelash way above the lash line and left an empty gap on my left eye. When I asked her to fix it she proceeded to glue my top lashes to my bottom lashes! Then trying to separate them, she wasted trying to cut them free, when that didnt work she used the sharp plastic object they use for glue removal and poked my wide open eye!!! That was it. I stood up. Separated them myself. Paid and walked out. She never fixed the lashes or removed the one above the lash line. Did I mention that after getting wax on my lashes she trimmed them down???!!! My left eyelashes are a mess! The right are ok because they had more of the original lashes left. I look like a crazy person. Now Ill have to go to my usual consultant and pay again to get this disaster fixed. Absolutely terrible!!!!

I came in with the intentions of letting her freestyle a design. The end result she created was absolutely flawless, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Her attention to detail is top-notch, and she really takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. This is my 2nd time coming to her, and I can tell she’s passionate about her craft, and it truly shows in the quality of her work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to all my friends! She’s truly unmatched!

Victoria Kelly I was so glad I stopped into the spa on a trip. Maria gave me the most professional beautiful cut Ive had in years. She knew exactly what I wanted. She talked all through the cut about what she was doing and thinking and it was a collaborative process. I will definitely come back here anytime I am I am in Harlingen.

Donna Rohmann Maria is a fantastic hair operator. Shes great at hair cuts, perms and hair coloring. I have followed her for at least 12yrs and will continue to follow her. Shes the best.

Tina Caballero Nightmare! I went in for balayage highlights late one evening, couldnt really see in the dim salon lights. The next morning the sun revealed my orange mane. I was mortified & was literally sobbing. Not only bc I looked horrific, but also the amount of money I spent! When I messaged the girl on FB she said I could go in to have any color I want. I rushed to the appt which when I showed up she already had began mixing her color. I mean I paid a pretty penny so the least I could have had was multidimensional hair instead of flat color right????? Wrong! While she was chatting away I noticed the purple tinge on my hair, which was ONLY applied to my lightened areas. She said the purple tone would combat the orange color. She rushed me out the door with soaking hair so I drove off. When I showed up to pick up my son he literally yelled "Your hair is purple!!" He was right!! My hair was purple!!!! Not to mention the spots she missed which were orange!!! So imagine dull brown hair faded into patchy orange & purple hair!!! I was sobbing!!!! I know its vain, but a woman does value her hair. Even as Im typing this Im still hurt by the pain & this careless lady caused me. She then messaged me after I told her about the spots & the purple hair asking if I wanted to go back in! Are you crazy???!!!!!! You couldnt pay me to trust that place with my hair ever again. I have yet to speak with the manager & doubt I will get a partial or full refund. I ended up box dying my hair just to look descent for work. WORD OF CAUTION-Do not rely of the "good" press a salon puts on their page. Only they know how many nightmares they caused in between. I am now MORTIFIED of salons. Stay far, far away from this one.

She gives amazing customer service and is very professional at her job. christina gonzalez Such a relaxing environment and a super friendly staff. I got my teenage daughter a clarifying facial and my mother a 30 minute swedish massage. The facial was an hour long and a skin evaluation from an aesthetician was completed beforehand to ensure the best type of facial for her. She was so pleased with her results and was just in time for the first day of high school. Her pores appeared smaller and her skin was instantly clearer. We will be going again and hopefully i can share a personal experience.

Its next door to the SILENT Re-Run shop. So, guess what...its a super great location.

Karina Rodriguez I used to get acrylic but my nails were getting too sensitive. I started going to Kayla for almost a year already for Gel X services and she did not disappoint. I’m not a simple nail girl I love the glitter, designs, and etc. She brings what I show her to life and then some. Not only I have cute nails I have healthy nails the last picture is my real nails, the healthiest and longest I have ever had them.

Ricardo Villatoro The mess they did on my wife ruined our entire anniversary weekend. DON’T TRUST THE WAX!. They cut her cuticles until they bled and she was in pain for days plus the scabs looked red swollen and just so horrible. Looked liked she was butchered. We should have known since when we got there they started her pedicure and were trying to reuse the same tools from the previous person without even cleaning them. I blamed ourselves for not walking out on that first mistake, but we brushed it off like an honest mistake. So, no it’s not our fault that we trusted them. The pain and scabs from the hands came after we left and by then she had already allowed them to ruin her eyebrows. They ruined one by over waxing so they figured the fix would be to make them both just as bad. The emotional trauma my wife has had to endure can not be fixed with any apology. I’m just glad this platform exists where we can warn others.

Michelle Regino Kiwii is the only person who i get my nails done because the quality of her work is splendid, ive been getting my nails done with kiwii for years. Kiwii uses the best material and is very knowledgeable. She also did press on nails for me and my daughter that lasted us about 20 days following the instructions of application.
