Rosa is amazing at pedicures and takes her time to ensure she is thorough. I’m very picky about my nails and pedicure and these ladies never fail to exceed expectations. Khai Nicole I’m a little sad because I love Aria tbh. But I got my nails done on Jan 28th. Full set pedicure French tip with gel and the best pedicure they had to offer the works! And they did well but my nails are now almost all gone and it’s only been a week. February 4th and I normally don’t have these issues with them so it is a little disappointing as I don’t get to get nails done often anymore. And I spent ALOT of money.

I just went back and got my nails done again (picture 2) and once again best experience, everyone was so sweet and that all wanted to see my nails and told me how pretty they looked. You really couldnt ask for a better experience.

Jessica Everitt Here is day 2 of my gel manicure. Very poor gel manicure! Cheap gel, poor service, didn’t even clean the cuticles properly. The place was ghetto, the staff was unfriendly, and it stunk like a porter potty. Will never go back. Gross. Also got a pedi, and my heels are rough and gross, and again, didn’t listen to me when I asked them to remove the cuticle.

Traci Cunningham I had nexgen and my toes done 2 weeks yesterday. I spent $160.00 for 3 nails to lift off. I have had my nails done for years and have never had this happen. Of course I didn’t spend 160.00 for just my nails but the service should have lasted longer than 2 weeks.

Tyrone Cogshell I been going here for over a year, first time having issues with the dip. Went in to show how I just got my nails done on Sunday and you can see the tip of my real nails, what the powder looks like from one coat, and the actual nail underneath the powder from the guy only dipping 2x. The color should have been dark purple and I have never seen my nails show the next day of getting them done and never seen the actual powder print. The girl at the front claimed it was the powder with gw correct amount of dip.I told her I dont believe so and offer redo with 20% off after I just paid $50 on Sunday. I just advised her I am not paying again and left. They just lost business from me, my daughter, my sister, and her daughter since we all use to go to the same salon. They should have just done for free instead of offering a discount. But there are plenty of other nail salon to go to and thats what I will do.

Caitlin Herbison I have been visiting this salon for years and have usually had a good experience until today. The technician was rushing to be done with it even though I had made the appointment a day in advance. I had 4 nails that had not come off from my previous visit a few weeks ago and instead of having me soak my nails off he used an acrylic nail to pry them off which was painful. He ended up breaking off 3 of the 4 nail tips to the skin with 1 of them splitting in half. He then told me to relax after which was near impossible when I was in pain from him splitting my nail and prying the old dip off. When I went to checkout I let the owner know about my experience which I never do because I hate complaining and all I was given was a 25% discount. I’m sorry but I will never return after that. A 25% discount when 3 nails were ruined after being a loyal consistent customer for years. See picture below. The technician couldn’t even spend the minute to clean underneath my nails and around them where they got all the dip.

Paige Garcia First time here today, and Angel did not disappoint! She did so good and took her time. If I didn’t like anything, she would re-do it! Definitely coming back!

Nikki Snyder This is now my number 1 spot. After having a HORRIBLE & painful experience with another spa getting dip nails, my best friend and I were desperately looking for another salon. Everyone here is so sweet. One worker took the time to explain to my friend what the difference is between acrylic, dip, etc. & what would be best for her nails since hers were paper thin and destroyed from the previous salon. Prices are so much better than other places we have been too. Love it here and will be permanent customers now!

Lillian Turner This is a good priced nail place. I got acrylic nex gen manicure and a jelly pedicure. The man doing my nails seemed to be rushed and you can tell because the nails are not level. The lady that did my pedicure was great but she kept wanting to make eye contact with me which is fine just not what I’m used to. The jelly pedicure was a unique experience and quite fun. The staff was overall very helpful. One of my nails did completely pop off my finger just doing normal daily tasks after like the 2nd day, so I might get my manicure done elsewhere in the future.

arthur heezen For the last three or four years my wife brought me here to get my toenails cut. They did a great job. They cut my toenails, smoothed the calluses on my feet and and oiled and massaged my lower legs. Recently I started using the nail service nearer the place I live and I have started having problems with ingrown toenails. I am going back to Instyle. In all the time I went there I never had a problem with ingrown toenails. They did a great job. Thank you Instyle Nails.

Helga Freud My two daughters and I have been coming to this salon for over five years and we LOVE everything about it. The staff is amazing, the quality of work is awesome and the prices are very fair. All the staff is great, but we especially love Susan. She has such a kind attitude and does amazing work. We normally make an appointment , but if we drop in, honestly any employee at this salon does great work! We’ll continue to come here for years to come!

Jack has been my nail technician for nearly a year now, and I can confidently say that he consistently delivers exceptional results. His nail shapes are always impeccable, and he pays meticulous attention to detail. His wife, who also works at the salon, is a master of pedicures. Trust me, it’s the best pedicure I’ve ever had! To top it all off, they have a bar where you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail while you relax and indulge in some pampering. It’s the perfect combination of relaxation and rejuvenation. Lockard Koval Have been coming here for over 3 years. Rachel and her husband have always welcomed us with open arms. When my daughter got married I brought the wedding party in for manicures and pedicures. Rachel and her technicians welcomed and surprised us with balloons, delicious food and a beautiful Jellied Cake. We all had a great time and made my daughters special day even better. I live 75 miles away and coming here is worth the drive!

Desiree Shirer I stopped by today before 10 am, l called and a gentleman picked up and offered me to open right away for me . I appreciate the kind and warm service. I had been in this nail salon before but now, it is under new administration (new name too) and l will for sure keep coming. They constantly offer you something to drink (even hot tea which l love!). They did a 10% discount and gave me a free lotion as a new client. Last but not least. Lyn did my nails and l usually don’t do French nail tip because it hurts, however she did an amazing job. Very happy with my experience today. Highly recommended.

Jo Ann G I love this quiet little salon. It is calm and peaceful with no big drama or hype. Only three nail artists so you need an appointment. It is a lovely, calm quiet atmosphere like going to a spa. Super clean and highly skilled work. Very reasonable prices. It is tucked back behind a Sonic Drive-in in a small strip center.

Rose Hello, I’ve been a customer at the salon for a very long time. Recently, I tried the overlay service again and traditional nail polish as I always have for years. Typical services for me are pedicure and manicure. I decided to write this review, not about the technician as they are very nice and I don’t have any complaints about them. This is about me going back and asking for correction and being told that we don’t guarantee traditional polish. My thought, when I came in to have the service no one said if you’re going to use traditional polish, any issues down the road will be at your expense as we don’t guarantee traditional polish. When I came back the following Monday less than a week later, showed them the state of my nails and I was met with, OK sure but this is not our problem. We don’t guarantee traditional polish. I’ve never experienced degradation of the polish that I did this time around. When I left the evening of the first service, there was a chip before I made it to my car. Likely because they weren’t dry and yes, the salon had closed, but I thought no big deal. It’s a small chip. However, as the week continued on my nails, ended up looking awful by the following Monday. When I returned the following Monday I was met with the statement above but, I decided to go forward with gel polish. The gel doesn’t look much better. It’s lost its shine. There are lots of scratches on the surface of the nail. I spent $170 in less than seven days on a pedicure and an overlay with both polish types. No extensions no dip. None of this other fancy extras the ladies do nowadays just something simple. I’m not suggesting not to visit the salon. The people are usually pretty nice and my recent experience that prompted this review doesn’t speak to the majority of the visits that I’ve had here. I do want to strongly encourage you to leave satisfied, and if there’s anything that needs to be addressed beforehand, go ahead and do it.

As a special needs parent, anyone paying extra attention to her, I am grateful to them. The salon owner, I assume went to lengths to call me and ask me about her, what she likes and how she feels comfortable. Always going back to them!

Mornae Wallace By far the WORST PEDICURE I’ve ever had. The male nail tech performed an illegal hangnail procedure without my permission. I’ve never had a hangnail before in my life. Then he cut my toenails all the way down and cut me, making me bleed. This gave me an INFECTION. I’ve never had anything like this happen at other salons. Then, they are ignoring my calls and pretending that the manager is never there. They won’t give my money back. My entire toe swelled up and was so freaking painful I couldn’t even walk on it for a week. Photos attached. (Picture with green nails is what my toes normally look like after pedicures at other salons.) Update: Manager reached out and stated they can’t give refunds but offered a gift card or service redo instead. Stated that they had a conversation with the technician about appropriate procedures and cleanliness. She said the technician may have tried to “over clean” my cuticles instead of hangnails but I’m not sure as I’ve never had either scenario happen to me before. Changing review to 2 stars for follow up and offering the gift card.

Deena Rabadi My cousin and I have been coming here for a while, but after today’s experience, we will not be returning! I was assigned a nail tech named Jason who only does acrylics, and I was shocked to learn that he has been doing nails for years—because his work looked like he was just learning how to do nails! As someone who does nails myself, I gave him constructive criticism on how to properly apply acrylic, but I came here to relax, not to teach. The shape was terrible, the acrylic application was uneven, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. I didn’t even let him finish because I was upset with how it came out and I had to leave to pick up my child from school! To make matters worse, the owner wasn’t in the salon and wouldn’t answer her phone, so there was no way to address the issue. Despite the poor service, I still paid in full, which makes it even more frustrating. NEVER again! I am embarrassed to have this set on my hands I look forward to removing them off!

Rebekah B I gave 3 stars because my service wasn’t that great. I am new to the Mckinney area and trying to save gas by not having to go to craig ranch where I usually receive service. There are 4 nail salons near me so I decided to stop at the 1st one before my exit home. I was greeted and seated. The water was a little cold (eventually warmed up after her putting the water on my skin to show me it was hot. (It just wasn’t hot enough for me) the tech is a veteran i can tell. She’s really good with extracting ingrown’s (extra skin in the corners of toes by cuticles) she is very rough with everything i dont know if she was mad or what lol. The wine was great. I like the way she wrapped my feet in the hot wax. I will not he returning if you uave rough feet I suggest this place to you. It wasn’t worth my 81.00
