Hello Itsme Bear My WA message was responded quickly, great communication when booking 3 pedis. Staff was friendly, attentive, business was clean & cute. Chairs were nice but uncomfortable & the foot rest to paint your nails was uncomfortable and slipping, other than that everything was great. We will definitely come back.

Elena Turek I didnt like the girl who gave me the pedicure, from the moment they told her it was her pedicure she made a bad face, she didnt even say hello and she wasnt friendly at all, I didnt like how she gave me the pedicure, I explained the problem with my nails, I have a lot of cuticle on two of them and they bother me, he didnt even pay attention to me when I explained and I dont even use the cuticle pusher, he limited himself to using the orange stick, the seats are very uncomfortable, you cant move toward Go ahead, so you spend it without being able to recharge and its super uncomfortable, very disappointing, I wont go back ☹️

Rosamaria Gonzalez I was here hoping to get a regular French manicure. The girl mentioned that she was putting an oil or something to get stronger nails. I asked for a regular pedicure and the girl prepared my feet for that. She NEVER mentioned that all she was doing is charging extra fees WITHOUT asking me first. I paid DOUBLE the amount I was expecting to pay. To avoid a scene, I paid, and I let them know that they were committing FRAUD by providing extra services WITHOUT consent. For this reason I absolutely do not recommend this place. Be careful. Zero stars. I went to this place expecting a regular gel French manicure. The employee mentioned that there was a gel that she was putting on me so that my nails wouldnt break. I asked for a pedicure to paint my toenails. She never told me that she was applying “extras” to me. They charged me DOUBLE what I should have originally paid. Out of prudence, I agreed to pay, but I think they defrauded me of my money by applying extras WITHOUT notifying me of the cost. I do not recommend a place where they take advantage of the clientele. I dont recommend you go here. Careful. Dont be fooled. Zero stars.

Daniela Martinez I went and asked for a hair cut. i had hair to my butt and asked for a small trim. i have her a specific length to remove and she cut double what i asked. she laughed it off and said “it’s still long i swear”. i asked her to style it because i felt like i needed to see it atleast styled in order to keep myself from crying from how it looked. hair is hair and i understand but i now have to have my hair in a pony tail because of the choppy cut and horrible layers.
