Heather Jackson I love these ladies and this place!!! I wish I didnt live so far because this would be my only nail place Id go to! I took my daughter here to get her eyebrows waxed and her fingernails and toes painted. They were extremely patient with her and did everything exactly how she wanted. My daughters nail even got messed up and they fixed it with no issue. They were good to have fun conversations with to both my daughter and I! They also are not greedy as my daughter was being a baby during the waxing and they werent going to even charge me for it. (I tipped them instead.) It was very inviting and they were beyond great, work and personality wise! Would highly recommend!

Abby My experience wasn’t the best… they were super nice… but my manicure did not turn out so well… especially what I payed for… I have bubbles and powder in my nails that are noticeable as well as the nails being uneven… The lady who did my nails was hurting me with the machines she was using, this will be my first and last time using this location.

Minister Zaneta Edward-Gallo This is a great shop. They do an AWESOME job every time. They are nice hard working people who deserve respect and your support in the community. The shop is very clean. Call for a appointment though. The pedicure chair is heavenly!

Diana Sanchez I debated writing a review because the ladies that worked on my nails were very sweet. The spa is very clean and everyone was very welcoming. However, I was not satisfied with how my manicure and pedicure turned out. I went in yesterday for shellac manicure and a classic pedicure. The lady that did my manicure hurt my cuticles to the point that 3 of them are red and inflamed today. The gel is bubbly on some nails. It just looks very badly done. The polish on some of my toes does not look smooth. I have a very important dinner to attend tomorrow evening and my nails do not look presentable. I have included photos in different lighting for reference.

Nadieska Oviedo Ann and Jay did excellent work on this set. I’m very specific about how I like my French nails done and they surpassed my expectations. The service was thoughtful and precise. Ann took her time to make sure every detail was touched and offered me something to drink several times throughout the service. The salon itself is beautiful with a gorgeous updated interior and relaxing ambiance. The rest of the staff was welcoming and friendly. They made pleasant conversation and all interacted well with their clients. Definitely check them out.

Jessica Gonzalez Nikki and her staff are all very sweet,friendly and gentle.The salon is very clean, and beautifully decorated. I love that it’s smaller because it allows you to relax in peace and quiet. There is a very large selection of polish and powders. Nikki is very talented, if you can dream it she can put on your nail. She did the most gorgeous set of neon ombré nails for me. I absolutely love them. I will be coming back for sure and definitely bringing my friends and family.

Kathryn Peardon I went there one time before today and they put my solar nails on so thick I had to go back the next day and get them redone. I went today and got my nails shellac and my toes painted my nails are bubbly and thick and the sides are all onto my skin. My toes are the worst part. I paid 45 dollars and ended up going to a different salon to get them fixed. I will never go back lesson learned. They also didnt put a base coat which causes nails to yellow.

Kelsey Hegemeyer There have been a few times I have gone in and have gotten a great mani/pedicure, but there have also been times when they havent been so great. I, honestly, have to say that this is a great place to go, though. Many people have said that the service and everything else about it is horrible, but if you go in you will see that the employees are extremely sweet people. Also, I have been to a million places to get my eyebrows waxed and there hasnt been a place like Peters. The lady is very sweet and has always done a fantastic job! I have shown several people Peters Nail Salon and they all have said the same thing that Im saying. So I do recommend Peters. No body is perfect at anything so Id give them a chance.

Crossfit 145 I love Peters Nail - both Peter and Tina are very friendly and do good work. Ive been going here for about 5 years and never had a problem! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nail shop!

Susan Pams Nails Salon is a fantastic place to get your nails done! The salon is spotless and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Sonia Odum Today was my first visit to Pam’s Nails. I have tried other places and the prices were too high or they turned my natural nails green. Before going I called to get an idea of what their prices start at. Q was the one to answer the phone and was very nice and willing to answer my questions without rushing me. (A lot of nail salons rush to get you off the phone). I let him know I would definitely be in some time in the future. After thinking about it and how happy I was with the phone conversation, I decided to go ahead and go. I called again to check the wait time and he Q greeted me by name and let me know there was no wait. When I walked in Q already knew it was me and greeted me right away. I sat down for my nails and Q and Katie were both happy and willing to answer my questions on extra costs and listened to my wants. I decided to go with the cheaper option this time around and they didn’t try to upsale or push me to go the more expensive. Katie did a great job and I love my nails. Tammy then did my pedicure and took her time making sure everything was done right. Everything was done in a decent amount of time without rushing. I am very happy with the results as well as the service from everyone. I did go ahead and pull up a picture to get a quote on the next set and I am SO EXCITED to return when it’s time! Thank you so much Q, Katie, and Tammy for everything! I’ll see yall soon!

Xiomara Called to see if they were open, the guy yelled at me saying I’m crazy. It’s not my fault it says they close at 12am. It was hard to believe but they are called express nails. Didn’t even have to go but now i Will never go to this nail spa. Horrible way to treat a customer.

Kathy Phillips Six months before my wedding, i had my nails refilled. The nail tech put ridges in the nail bed and they looked horrible. A friend recommmended Barbara and she got me in shape in time for that important hand picture. That was 28+ years ago and I have been going to her ever since. She takes her time and makes sure that your nails look great. I would highly recommend her! She has become a dear friend over the years, and as another review states, she is a lot of fun!

Jessica Davis This salon is amazing! I am a travel nurse staying in Montgomery for a few months and needed a fill and pedicure. This was by far the best salon Ive ever been to. Mimosas are offered, prices are very fair, nail work is gentle and extensive. The salon itself is beautiful and by far the cleanest Ive ever seen. They use quality products, and were even able to match designs I found online. The best part, not only are they a nail salon, but they also offer waxing, facials, massages, eyebrow tinting, and tanning products. The pedicure I got even came with a 15 minute back massage in a private room with oil and hot stones. Truly such a wonderful experience. Thank you, ladies! I will be back:-)

Melissa E I got my nails done here for the 1st time yesterday. Vicki did the absolute best job on my pedicure. She took her time and did an incredible job. I loved seeing everyone walk in and the employees calling them by name. They treat each person like family there. So glad I found this place.

Kristie Legge Ive had my nails done here for years. Don & Hannah (owners) are the best, but there are other people who do a great job too. Tom is a little rough :( They are usually pretty booked so I always call in advance and make an appointment. I go somewhere else to do my pedicures, because they seem to last longer for the same price. Id say they are pricey, but every nail place in Montgomery seems to charge higher than other areas (Magnolia, Conroe). A full set will cost you $40.00 and if you just want shellac covering your own nails its $30.

Angel B. This is an older nail shop right down the street from my house. I thought I would give them a try about a year ago. I have been coming here ever since. It is clean and the people that work here are very experienced, nice & professional. Prices are fair as well!

Bev hills DO NOT GO HERE!! Went in for a cute design and asked if they could do it (if not I would be fine with a more simple design). I told them I wanted to SOAK OFF and get a NEW SET aka new tips. She quoted me $55 (35 for acrylics, 10 for soak off, and 10 for design). Well she started taking off the powder with the machine, it friction burned my pinkie and my ring finger and hurt. She DID NOT SOAK AND PUT NEW TIPS ON! I wanted a white color and had pink previously and the pink shows. She cut and my thumb cuticle and made me bleed (no sorry or anything). Did not cut it to the length I wanted nor the shape although I told her. All but 2 of my nails are crooked. She didn’t even ensure that my nail length matched on each side. The nail design was barely similar to the picture I showed her. When confronted about the price she gaslit me as if I wasn’t watching her not soak off and put new tips on, so she did a refill and wanted to get paid for a soak off and new set. I was so fed up and frustrated that I left after payment. I called the salon back after calming down and really looking at my nails to see if it could get fixed. When I came back the next day to get them fixed. I had noticed more problems and honestly just wanted them removed and refunded. Or credit or new set. Something…anything. She then looked and decided to gaslight me again saying only thing wrong was the shape. I kept telling her what I saw wrong and just wanted her to listen. She decided not to listen after I tried telling her multiple times. At that point it was clear she wouldn’t listen to anything I said and I didn’t feel comfortable with her even reshaping them. I’d rather go to another nail salon and get them to reshape it. Customer service sucked! I have never been treated so poorly at a nail salon. I’m surprised they have any good ratings at all! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I’m NEVER one to confront or complain. I feel uncomfortable doing so. But it was to the point where I had to. DO NOT GO HERE.

Penny Hedrick-Moore Horrible HORRIBLE quality and design. Do not go here! Ive been getting g shellac for years. Just moved from Colorado to Texas. Came here and one week later polish pealing off my nails. Shellac dont peal!!! Also worst pedi ever! And while I was there receiving service, they were eating. Most disgusting fish smell. I almost waled out! Beware!!!

Mysti Dendy I’m very pleased. An acrylic fill for $18 with color. That’s more like it! The lady who helped me was polite and the place is clean! My husband got a pedicure by her high school son kaleb and he aid it was his best pedi he ever had! My New Years resolution was I wouldn’t pay $50 anymore for shellac or dipped nails or any of that. I’m doing fine with my cheaper acrylics and this place is affordable. I didn’t have any of the issues other reviewers had. Polite, clean place. The skill level is of acceptable levels. Pleased and will return! 5 Stars!

Maggie Mae Design in the left picture was done by a licensed professional. The one on the right, was done by ME. I came in and had a clear idea of exactly how I wanted my nails to be done. White acrylics, with a red lightning bolt, outlined in gold on the ring fingers. The inspo pictures I had on hand were mainly focused on the shape of the bolt. Fairly simple. Yet, this is what I left with. Although I am very pleased with the outcome of my acrylics themselves, the design was consciously done so poorly that I also left with a $5 voucher and a recommendation of who to come back and see to fix it. I was also told that my nails were “too short” to be able to achieve such a design. But, clearly that was not the case. Said licensed professional was more focused on giving me the drama of another customer than the actual service and art I was hoping to receive. So in conclusion, my left pinky toe has more ability to draw a simple design than…that.

Lily Witt I absolutely love my nails! The shape and length are perfect, and the design turned out exactly how I wanted. My 7-year-old also got a kids manicure, and the staff was so kind to her. I only wish I had asked for the names of the three ladies who worked on us—they did an amazing job!

Odile Rose This place is absolutely wonderful. The two artists that worked on my nails were super sweet, and crazy talented. I always get overwhelmed, and forgot to show them my design until the first lady started, and was able to quickly accommodate to what I wanted. The second lady, who did the illustration was super sweet, and nailed the design. She kept double checking that I liked the illustration, and I couldnt be happier. And if the two ladies who worked on my hands are reading this: youre so talented, and thank you for making my my nails beautiful. Your ability to work so small is so impressive. Keep up the great work, and have a beautiful day. The atmosphere is lovely, everyone I interacted with was friendly, sweet, and seemed enthusiastic about their work. This is one of the few salons where I feel like everyone loves what they do- and it shows in the quality of their work. And its very high quality for the price. With all of that, Im very happy, and hope to be a return customer!

JamJam Goes Update: I went in, and they fixed them up free of charge. Everyone again was very kind. ----- I spent $90 on my Gel Manicure ( Mainly due to the holiday designs) which I got 4 days ago, just before christmas, for it to chip slightly on the thumb a day later and for my Index finger corner to basically break off today. The pedicure was great and well worth the price for the service. However, I am extremely disappointed in the gel. Im unsure if it is the quality of the polish or perhaps how it was applied on my hands but I normally do not have this issue with gel manicures until close to the 2 week mark. Ive actually been less active with my hands this week due to the holidays. My last set lasted a month and I had to pick it off because it was bothering me from being on for so long, and that time period included me aggressively using my hands, playing golf, excessive handsanitizer/washing due to travel, etc. I was overall very pleased with the end result design wise, however, for the cost, Im very disappointed I experienced chipping and peeling within days.

Bailey Hughes Everyone was so nice and my nail lady did an amazing job at executing the nail art I wanted. She was very patient with the design and made sure everything looked good but still moved very quickly. I got short nails with a somewhat complicated nail design and I was in and out in an hour. The quickest I’ve gotten my nails done and they looked so good. I’ll be back again to bother her with more complicated nail art lol.

Grace Schexnayder Went to Urban Escape the week of my birthday and got the most beautiful French tips and pedicure, so I just HAD to come back and get another design when they grew out. OHMYGOSH, I left and could NOT stop smiling! I had a reference picture for the new nails I wanted, and I left with nails even better than the picture!! I have gotten so many compliments on them over the past couple days. To top it off, everyone there is so kind! Highly recommend!!

DOT MO Plush Nail Bar is the best!!!!! They take their time, they are very gentle and accommodating. The drink variety and small eats just take it to the next level. The ambience makes the whole experience something to come back for. We will never go any other place. I come in from Florida just to come here. Run don’t walk!! Make an appt if you can.

Lauren Walker I’ve been in several times and almost every time the staff has done a fabulous job at taking care of the customers. I did have an experience once were I was disappointed and left upset but I reached out expressing my feelings and they quickly reached out and apologized for the troubles and wanted to fix the issue. Coming in I was hopeful but a bit nervous on how the atmosphere would be to my surprise everyone was super sweet and glad I returned. They told me that they were glad to see me and that I would be in good hands. I had Peter for my nails and he did an amazing job and was very efficient. Anna came by offering her shoulder massage services which I had never experienced and that was the best neck head and shoulder massage I had ever received! 10/10 recommend paying $15 for her hands!

Brittney Hutchison Ty was absolutely amazing! Did exactly what i asked the design is fabulous! I typically do acrylics with a tip however Ty was listening to what i do daily for my job, and how hard i am on my nails and she suggested that i at least give the GELX a try. as they should last longer and have more wear durability. So far so good! Below first pic is the inspiration second pic is what i got and so happy with them!
