Katelyn Sepmoree I am incredibly grateful to have Dr. Everson as my doctor. She is truly the best—she takes the time to listen to all my concerns and makes sure I feel heard and understood. Her compassionate care and attentiveness have made a world of difference in my healthcare experience. I always feel comfortable during appointments, knowing I am in such capable and caring hands. I’m truly blessed to have her looking after my health.

Michaela Bielitz I was referred to this clinic by another doctor. I called to give them my information and asked for pricing for the specific service and visit needed. They said someone would have to call me back and when I had not heard from them after a couple of days I called again. They could not give me pricing for everything over the phone. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I’d have to come in to the clinic for further explanation and that no one would call me back because I was not yet a patient. Absolutely shocked by this practice and situation. Horrible customer service.

Addison Palmer I brought in my sister for severe body pain, tremors, elevated heart rate, and chest pain/shortness of breath. She could barely walk without tears. They roomed us and sent in a doctor to tell us it was possibly strep due to her throat being sore. She got a strep test done today and it was negative. When brought to their attention that I felt like she wasn’t properly assessed for the symptoms that brought her in, they started belittling my concerns to the doctor and talking bad about my coming to talk with them. They only had one patient in the entire urgent care and that was my sister. Don’t go here if you are looking for “urgent” care.

charla Nations I love UT for my kids but Ill never go to this ER again. I had an abscessed tooth and couldnt get into my dentist. They treated me like i was a drug addict. I went in for help and got none. I went to christus ER and they helped me. I dont understand why UT couldnt help or why I was treated that way

Jw Johnson My Doctor went up on my weight loss shot new Doctor Morgan 2.5 to 5.0 and I am on the program for it and free but Rosa only gave me one pin I didnt get 2 pin and it pay for they are doing a investigation on that place gave it to somebody else and Rosa dont call you back and lie in your face.i ask to speak to Ben they will not leave me talk to him .so if anyone having problems with them let me know. Tyler Transmission My wife had her first appointment this week they called her the next day told her that her blood work came back with something wrong that she had to come in and see the doctor the next morning, to get here early to do blood work, even confirmed appointment time to see the doctor, came in and got bloodwork after working all night that something was wrong after waiting for appointment with nurse practitioner was told no they just needed more blood work that she didnt need to see doctor, had my wife scared that something is wrong (she has had serious medical issues she has dealt with this year) Now we wait for another week wondering was the first nurse right that something is wrong or the second nurse is right that the blood work was the only thing, and its a week before they can get her in, very bad customer service, and we have heard several stories from different people
