5 /5 Shima Azimi: I had my hard gel nails done here by Kelly (Kelley?). She was a great conversationalist with a fantastic attitude. Most nail techs would be frustrated if I asked them to fix a nail, but she didnt and took great care of me. She also helped me pick the color which I love! I will definitely be going back here!

5 /5 Suzanne Rodriguez: My friend recommended this salon so I joined her there even though I had to drive quite a distance. I love her nails and it’s the only place she goes. I needed a full set and decided to get some bling added. I love them! I was late, but they didn’t mind and Lee worked quickly, but efficiently. She was so fast and the price was exceptional. I will continue to drive there for my refills, because I trust that Lee will do a great job and, like I mentioned, the price is fair.

1 /5 Breanna: I had a horrible experience at Milano Nail Spa in Sugar Land. After calling ahead to confirm they could take me, I was seated and waited 10 minutes before the tech, Ann, begrudgingly started my service. I requested clear acrylic and clear tips, but she kept making mistakes—cutting my natural nails without asking, applying crooked tips, and using the wrong acrylic color. She ignored my feedback and left my nails bulky, uneven, and full of bubbles. To make matters worse, when I returned to have them redone, the manager refused to soak them off and fix them unless I paid again. Absolutely unacceptable! EDIT: Please see photos - Pink designed nails are the set I got with Jessica on December 23rd - Clear square are the nails I got with Ann on Jan 15th Same clear acrylic and nail tips different tech and clearly one was MUCH better than the other. In the two hours Jessica took I left with a shape and design after a soak off. In the same two hours Ann did a soak off and poor application. Pictures dont lie.

5 /5 Yensy Castillo: From the moment that I step inside the door I am greeted by all of these wonderful nice people. This is my second time here and once again I am satisfied with the customer service, the clean environment , and the style I requested. I got both manicure and pedicure. Vicky and Snow were the ones that assisted me . Beyond wonderful people . They are so kind, sweet, and attentive throughout the whole time . They work so diligently and clean! I just love everything about this place and of-course I loved my nails. Thank you all !
