Maya Angel: Update : we got a charge on progressive that we were not told.. when reviewing our bank account!! Beware of this place before you pay anything make sure what you are going to pay ask ask ask.. she gave us a refund on what she over charged then to have progressive take it out again. We paid down payment plus first month payment PLUS the charge she returned to us cause she over charged us then later to be charged again.. We were not told.. beware of this place….I like to be told everything up front with no surprises at all. Very disappointed!!!!

John Meade: I have been with Express insurance agency for 15 years and never had a problem until I asked a quote for a home we were purchasing on mortgage insurance the lady came back with a high quote and I told her if she could get it down that I would stay with them I never heard back with her and the loan company ask me if I had insurance so I had to make a decision and I chose another company who bundled my car and homeowners insurance all in one lowering my rate lower than what I was paying through express insurance agency when talking to my new policy holder company they told me to cancel the electronic withdrawal from my bank to go ahead and get that done so they dont take it from my bank I called on the 1st asking them to cancel my insurance on my cars and trucks she told me that I needed to call the company that was representing which was Infinity I called them they told me I had to deal with Express long story short was a nightmare I spent 5 hours getting my insurance canceled without express insurance agencies help I will never do business with them or Infinity to put me through what I had to go through to get a simple cancelization
