Esther Vasquez My hair appointment was scheduled with Nicole on Saturday, February 1, 2025. When I arrived on time, like I usually do with having had my appointment scheduled over 2 months in advance..... Nicole was working on a client and the clients teenage daughter was standing next to them the whole time. After a few minutes of waiting....Nicole came over to me and said...("I am going to sit you with Daisey and I will mix the color and Daisy will apply the color on your hair. I will also cut your hair but Daisey will wash and blowdry and style your hair because I didnt know that my client was going to bring her teenage daughter who also wants a cut and style"). I was pretty upset but I didnt show it or say anything. My appointment was set and the clients teenage daughter did not have an appointment. How does one determine that this was fair? I did all the right things by scheduling my appointment each and every time with at least 2 months in advance for almost 10 years of being Nicoles client. I sent Nicole a text message yesterday for my next appointment and I did tell Nicole that because I am making my appointment with plenty of time that I want my hair cut , color and style to begin with Nicole and end with her and I dont want to be bumped. Nicole replies back this morning saying she couldnt guarantee I wouldnt be bumped and because she couldnt guarantee it that I need to look for another stylist and a different salon. I was shocked, hurt, angry and crying because I thought I had a friendship with Nicole since I had been her Loyal Customer for at least 10 years. In addition to sending her friends and family over the years. I trust God will take care of the rest and he will direct me to a Salon and Hairstylist that will appreciate her customers because I did nothing to deserve this treatment. I also was a client of Michelle who does Eyebrows for $600.00 but I wont be going back to Glow after how I was treated today.

Thomas Vasquez This is a very unprofessional business! My mother scheduled her appointment two months in advance and when she arrived, the owner told her she will have to go with someone else because she squeezed someone else ahead of her. My mother decided to make a complaint to the owner over text and the owner just told her if she doesn’t like it, she can go somewhere else. What a terrible business owner to treat loyal customers like this!

Reyna Mendez I was planning on scheduling a hair appointment here but after reading some of the reviews It seems that scheduling with someone at this business doesn’t guarantee you’ll actually be seen by them. I suggest finding somewhere else where your appointment is respected and you are seen by the professional you specifically booked.

Audrey Ann I went in for highlights spent 3 hours. And my hair looks the same if not worse. There are no highlights. Root touch up doesnt even match. Hair so so dry and damaged. I Let maria/ owner know and she never responded. THe place ia dingy/dark. Once you go outside you see the results of work done. By then you already paid. BEWARE.

If I may… I’ve been to my fair share of beauty salons and sometimes interactions can be cold, unbothered, and overall a negative experience. This salon is the opposite! I’ll keep coming back for sure!

RANNTX I’ve been coming to Ceci for about 4 years and she never does me wrong. She achieves every expectation with color even tho I’ve changed from blonde to bronde back to blonde. Jazmin Peralez Ive always been a bit anxious about going to salons because of past experiences, but everything changed when I visited Vensé Salon. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, and from the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. They even offered complimentary drinks, which was such a nice touch! Emily and Amber worked their magic on my thick hair, and I couldnt be happier with the results. My balayage is absolutely gorgeous, and the whole process only took two hours. I’m so impressed with the care and attention to detail they gave me, and I’ll definitely be recommending this salon to everyone I know, make sure to ask for Emily and Amber! Four month update!! Back again but this time I wanted a big chop. These owners Audie and April are like family. Very welcoming environment and very experienced. Audie educated me on the type of hair style I wanted and the maintenance it required, then showed me how to properly style my hair at home! Jake Bennett I went to the 480 Salon inside of here with Emily and it was great. She was very professional and cut my hair just like I wanted with some great tips and tricks to help keep it healthy and style it. She also cut my beard and did a wonderful job there as well. She was easy to have a conversation with and overall it was a wonderful experience. 480 and Emily are highly recommended.

Abigail Long I came to The Strand to get my hair cut and highlighted, and their new hairstylist, Kylee, DID ME RIGHT! She was so kind and definitely knew what she was doing. Mariah Flores A group of insanely talented providers to choose from! I love how clean and tidy all the restrooms and halls are. It’s fun to peak at all the different suites and their own vibes. Shanelle does a wonderful job overseeing this location. Also, it always smells wonderful.

I will never stop coming here to get threading done .. they are affordable & consistent my eyebrows have never looked soooo good, when I first came here from somewhere else my eyebrows were thin and ugly the owner without me saying anything took it apron herself to say I’m gonna let this part grow and thus part so as you come the perfect eyebrows would grow & she was right, my eyebrows have transformed into everything I’ve wanted and more !! 100/10

Micah Meyers I was blown away the minute I walked in. The atmosphere is inviting and the entire staff is so welcoming. Melody (the owner) is very personable -- you can tell shes passionate and loves what she does. What really impressed me: With my first visit, Kenia (my outstanding stylist) asked about my typical activities/lifestyle to determine the best cut that would suit me. Im a wash & go-towel-dry-outdoorsy type and Kenia captured that perfectly! I dont feel like Im "wearing a hairstyle", its completely me! I highly recommend Kenia and so grateful I found her.
