janeli leija First time coming to Embellish hair studio and I loved it. Karina and her assistant did a great job. My hair was super damaged since I had blonde baby lights (by someone else) , then put a dark color box. Soon after that I regretted and I wanted to go back to blonde but wanted something more low maintenance and that’s exactly what Karina did. Not to mention everyone was so nice. I recommend 100%.

Renee Canseco By far the best place to come for your hair ! The environment is very welcoming and got my hair to the desired color I have been wanting. I’ve been to other places and was never satisfied with the outcome. Karina got my hair to exactly the way I wanted and the color is still there 2 weeks later ! You will not regret coming here.

timeout for trains Amazing everytime. She only does appointments but its worth it. She takes her time which I like and always makes sure she is as accurate as the last. Dont be fooled. She is a licensed barber but is very much a mans barber. Excellent service and fantastic results. Highly recommend.

Manuel Barahona Have to make an appointment, but either Reina or Zaida have a lot of experience cutting hair, Israel and carolina are good too . Carolina is very good doing womens hair.

Genesis Cooper If I could I would give this place a zero I’m not sure if this lady is racist or only does Hispanic people’s hair I have sent my husband who is white with my son to try to get a haircut and each time she says sorry I have someone next so my husband says no problem we can wait well she then says why don’t you return at 8pm ? So my husband says no it’s ok thank you. Another day same thing my husband goes with my son and one again he’s told I can’t cut your hair come another day! I really hope she reads this post. You are a hair salon you should be able to do anyone’s hair not just Hispanic customers !!!!

ERICA MORAN This was my go-to place when it was located on anaheim Street. They moved to pch and own the clothing shop next door. They are always either closed at the salon or they take you in and will sit you down to get you started and have you wait even up to 1 hr. While they go next door to the other business. Rina is hardly ever there now, unfortunately. Miss the anaheim place where you can get hair done,nails and wax all in one place and lots stations. Call beforehand and take cash. No cards accepted. Also, have patience. Lots of it!

Sherry Waddell My daughter has struggled for awhile to find someone to truly care & get her hair done Right with highlights. She saw Robin Parsons on Saturday and hands down Robin is the BEST. My daughter now Loves her hair and we both are truly THANKFUL ♥️

Ilse Davila I’ve never been so disappointed in a hair cut, I’m so embarrassed to even show my face out. I called to see if they could cut my hair and told me at 7 got there at 7:05 waited and then another customer, men, got there 5 min after me. He went first even though I had an “appointment”. I felt like my hair cut was rushed, I showed the picture how I wanted and the cut was so horribly done and nothing like the picture. I honestly need extensions or even a wig, I know hair grows back but with this bad hair cut it’s going to definitely take a long time. If the business closes at 7 (which I found out today). They shouldn’t be scheduling 2 appts after 7, I’ve walked out crying because I’ve never seen any horrible job done this way. Not even trying to hide it in a bun or pony tail while hide it.

Jeri Co I am always treated like one of the family. I get hair done, eyelash extensions, occasionally a facial and manicures/ pedicures. So its like my second home! Come see Tess, Gabby, Cindy or Ann and. Hannah. And more.

Kim Flores This was my first time visiting this salon. I had made an appointment with Marta, who appeared to be running late. The manager told me that she or Brenda, another stylist, would work me in as soon as they can. I had just sat down with Brenda when Marta pulled up to the salon over an hour late. Brenda did a fantastic job! I was very pleased that Marta was late. The next appointment will be with Brenda.

Katie Guerrero Beth has done my hair for a little over 16 years and is not only my stylist but my friend . She listens to what I want , even when I get crazy, and never disappoints . Beth also does my 15 year olds hair and has since her first cut ! Taylor is awesome as well . She has been doing my extensions for almost a year and the service from both her and Beth and nothing short of fantastic !! Thank you ladies for always going above and beyond .

Kristine Clark Love MJ! If you want your color and cut done right make an appointment with her. Knowledge and fun, she has been doing this her whole life practically, has done my hair for years, never disappointed! Anna is also great, styled my hair perfectly! Shop is cute and cozy, I highly recommend them!

Tommy Thompson My grandson received the best hair cut ever. I wished I could remember the stylist name. She was amazing. We got there at 8:30 on a Wednesday night. She showed him how to style his new cut ,answered all our questions. He left there walking on air. He looked do good.

Linda Aguilera Tina has been doing my hair since I was a little girl. I live three hours away, and I will let my dead ends grow out before I let anyone else touch my hair. In desperate times, I have, and I have almost always been underwhelmed or the haircut has just been "okay." I always leave Tinas satisfied. Highly recommend. She is friendly and has a ton of experience.

J Hdez Very friendly lady....fast and my hair is really well cut. She actually listened to what I asked for and didnt get "scissor happy" like most stylists that just want to do what they want. I will be back to see her.

I had an appointment with Lexi, and I highly recommend booking with her. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and you could tell she genuinely loves what she does. She worked her magic on my hair, dyeing it a beautiful red, giving me layers, and finishing with a gorgeous blowout. The end result was amazing, and I left feeling so much more confident. I will definitely be back and look forward to my next appointment!

Sofia Rivera i got a wash, haircut and blowout in january from Lexi, and i LOVED it! She made me feel comfortable and was very friendly and sweet. She was very understanding and made sure i was satisfied with my haircut all throughout the process. I definitely recommend getting your haircut here!

She color matches my hair to the T and I love how my extensions blend every time. She also helped me through the whole process of getting the extensions as well and made my first install so easy. JC Collins Shawn does great mens cuts. Ive been going there for over 15 years. I walk in, sit down, and dont even have to tell him how I want it because he remembers. Remember to speak up to him though as he was born unable to hear and wears 2 hearing aids to help him hear now. His wife also works there and does a pretty good job herself!

aj san I had my roots all grown out because I didnt touch them all summer. Sonia did my roots all wrong. First their was a batch of root she missed. 2nd all my hair started breaking off from where the past bleached hair meet the newly bleached roots. I just feelt so bad with my hair,so I go to schedule a touch up on the root she missed and she didnt respond to my messages. I called her and finally made an appointment, but then she canceled on me, which is fine things happen. So I message her again asking when can we reschedule and nothing. I dont plan to see her again because I was so fed up with the scheduling and with all the time that passed by my brekage got worse and worse. Why would I go back to the stylist that left me with damage hair? The first time I went Sonia she ruined my nape hair with the bleach which I was fine with at the time because I have really black hair that doesnt like to lighten. I thought it was fine because it was her first time dealing with my hair. Looking back she could have just practiced with one strand instead of the whole nape hair. I cant put my hair up in a pony tail anymore because of all the damaged nape hair isnt long enough to bunch up with the rest of the hair in the ponytail. She also was kinda blaming me for wanting white/blonde hair for why alot of my hair was falling out during the appointment. Im fine just coming back another day or applying more purple shampoo to lighten my hair I did not need it white in one day. She did not need to overwhelm my hair with bleech all in one day. If you have stubborn black hair Sonia is not your girl to go to. Also I dont think she used the right teqnique on my overgrown roots,so dont let her touch your roots if they are overgrown. I believe she has a lot of returning costumers, but I notice they have lighter brown or blonde hair. So I guess if you have brown or blonde hair youll be fine.

C H My girls hair before was beautiful, she did a good job the very first time but the second time we went, she used clippers to trim the hair “straight cut” and ruined their hair and made it choppy & thick. it was upsetting. I don’t know if she was experimenting or what but the first time she didn’t use clippers, the second time I don’t know what was going on in her mind.

Stacie Flores She 1st cut it completely uneven and said I had too much oil in my hair, but didnt want to wash it because she was about to close. She could have said this I could have come back with clean hair. She asked I go back to get it fixed for free and it looks 10000% WORSE. You would think everything would have been free, especially because she said shes going to keep my hair to make a wig. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A SURPRISE. I FLIPPIN HATE MY HAIR AND IT TOOK ME 3 YEARS TO GROW IT.

Maria Jimenez Came in for a color correction and I got quoted 240-300. Ended up paying 340$ for this service. Looked at pictures on Facebook thinking they new what they were doing obviously I was disappointed especially for the money. I was looking into getting highlights going light over all told them my history of the hair. Complained went in again and did not wash my hair for 3 days and it’s orange again. Disappointed. Have told friends and family. Hair state is orange. Looks like I bought product at Sally’s and did it myself. It’s been 1 year since this review. And I can honestly say I’m still trying to recover the integrity of my hair… this salon made me never want to do my hair ever again. I attached before pictures

Diana I have been on a search for an inexpensive salon with a good hairstylist to get a trimmed blunt bob. After reading the good reviews I decided to check this place out. Respectfully, this was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. My hair is naturally very thick and straight, making mistakes very noticeable; especially when my hair is not thinned out. (It had only been about 3 months since my last cut somewhere else). The pictures attached show how one side of my hair is noticeably shorter than the other. I tried parting my hair differently while my hair was still wet but realized it’s not my parting, it’s just simply uneven. I also realized I have a lot of random pieces that were sticking out. I tried to fix my hair by cutting it myself although it was very difficult because I have a lot of hair. But besides the bad haircut, the stylist was very nice and the cut was inexpensive.
