aj san: I had my roots all grown out because I didnt touch them all summer. Sonia did my roots all wrong. First their was a batch of root she missed. 2nd all my hair started breaking off from where the past bleached hair meet the newly bleached roots. I just feelt so bad with my hair,so I go to schedule a touch up on the root she missed and she didnt respond to my messages. I called her and finally made an appointment, but then she canceled on me, which is fine things happen. So I message her again asking when can we reschedule and nothing. I dont plan to see her again because I was so fed up with the scheduling and with all the time that passed by my brekage got worse and worse. Why would I go back to the stylist that left me with damage hair? The first time I went Sonia she ruined my nape hair with the bleach which I was fine with at the time because I have really black hair that doesnt like to lighten. I thought it was fine because it was her first time dealing with my hair. Looking back she could have just practiced with one strand instead of the whole nape hair. I cant put my hair up in a pony tail anymore because of all the damaged nape hair isnt long enough to bunch up with the rest of the hair in the ponytail. She also was kinda blaming me for wanting white/blonde hair for why alot of my hair was falling out during the appointment. Im fine just coming back another day or applying more purple shampoo to lighten my hair I did not need it white in one day. She did not need to overwhelm my hair with bleech all in one day. If you have stubborn black hair Sonia is not your girl to go to. Also I dont think she used the right teqnique on my overgrown roots,so dont let her touch your roots if they are overgrown. I believe she has a lot of returning costumers, but I notice they have lighter brown or blonde hair. So I guess if you have brown or blonde hair youll be fine.

Selena went above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations. She made me feel like a brand new woman.
