Dylan Mcloud Drove about 2 hours from oklahoma on a Monday morning without making an appointment, and the nice lady at the front desk still managed to squeeze me in to help with tooth pain. Best place to go to for any dental needs.

Olivia Burke The staff were friendly. However, the dentist didnt have any bedside manner during the two appointments I had last summer. During my second visit, they removed a supposed small cavity even though Ive taken care of my teeth my whole life and have never had any poor feedback or signs of poor dental hygiene. Regardless, I scheduled a second appointment to get it removed. They were not gentle during the numbing procedure. I was blinded with the lighting as they did not provide any glasses for eye protection. Maybe its not the norm to provide glasses here, but thats something I was used to in other states. Being new to town, I was hopeful to have a positive experience based on the reviews. Overall, I just wish the dentist was more hospitable/friendly as theyre supposed to be serving others.

Rachel Vanderlely I wish I could give a 100!! Dr. Baker and his team are wonderful. I drove over 2 hours round trip to have him do my root canal and I am so thankful I did. Dr.Baker has the best bedside manner and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed through out the procedure. He made sure I was numb and calm and ready for my procedure before starting. I am currently pregnant and he also made sure to put special care and protection in place during the X-rays and procedure. He literally saved my tooth. He even put in a piece of fiberglass to reinforce my tooth. If it wasn’t for him I would have had to get my tooth pulled. His staff went above and beyond to accommodate me quickly and even helped me deal with my annoying dental insurance. He got me in right away which I was so thankful for because I was in a lot of pain and now I am completely pain free and 1 month post op. To Dr.Baker, his wife and his staff THANK YOU, for saving my tooth and making me feel 100x better and pain free during the rest of my pregnancy.

The office staff are so sweet and friendly. The office itself is my very nice in my opinion. Amy Propp They are very gentle at Strohman Dentistry. I was in and out with an hour, yet they did a thorough job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Strohman is sweet, kind, and gentle. She takes the time to really listen to you. I recommend Strohman Dentistry to all of my friends. My teenage sons love that they have individualized flat screen TVs to watch as they work on your teeth, which helps pass the time. All of our family goes here, and Dr. Strohman is amazing!

Lauren Pinson We have been using Strohman Dental for 10 years or more. We have been taking my daughter there since she was a year old as well. When my husband first started going there his first appointment he said “wow, I didn’t realize going to the dentist didn’t have to be a painful traumatic experience” as all his prior dental experiences at other practices and while in the military were awful. Burslan Mel (Nomad) I used Smiley Dental since I relocated to Wichita Falls, about 2.5 years ago. While Dr Kay was the dentist at this branch, I was very happy with the care I received. About a year ago, in their infinite wisdom, they decided to bring in fresh grad looking dentist.He told me one time that he was traveling to this office from Dallas TX. The level of care decreased quite a bit when this switch of dentists took place. My wife went to get her crown put in by this new dentist.They kept her mouth open with a plastic dam for over 3 ours and hurt her jaw so bad that, she feels pain when she opens her mouth wide, like when she yawns or tries to bite burger or similar. At first they told her that, it will get better after a while.Now it is 3 months since this operation and she says it even hurts more. She finally made another appointment and went to see them. Now, there is, yet another new dentist,working at this branch. And his attitude is, "I did not perform this operation, hence, I cant do anything" . I am planning to sue this place for malpractice. Do not even bother to go there if you know what is good for you.

HD I have had several root canals done in my life, this place has done the best service with the best staff. Dr. Argraves and his assistant are truly the best! Alan Nafzger Ritzy, but typical Wichita Falls attitude. NO-WIFI. They have SLD guest.... apparently they are paying for it. But they have such a poor opinion of people/clients they flat out lie to you, "we dont have that" and "Never heard of it." My first clue they are A holes... was the covers over the electric plugs....The are rolling in the money but not friendly enough to share 13 cents worth of electricity. Dentistry is fine but customer service wins you a 1 star.

Shelby I liked this office until they failed to tell my husband and I they don’t accept our dental insurance. Every time we went in for a cleaning it was $75. I contacted our dental insurance and found out this dental office doesn’t not accept my dental insurance. The receptionist failed to tell us they do not accept it. All they wanted was money! I’m only giving it 2 stars because Dr. Balogh is very nice.

Raquel Karagines Dr. Perez is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. He actively listens to his patients, explains things thoroughly, and adequately addresses all concerns. He never appears to be rushed, wait time is very minimal, and the office is clean and up to date. I was able to get a next day appointment for fillings and the prices were fair. He understands the bureaucracy of insurance and its limitations in coverage and was willing to work with me in that regard. His staff are helpful, friendly, kind, professional and very knowledgeable. His anesthetic injection techniques are amazing and I didnt feel a thing. He is a family-oriented man with integrity and professionalism who strives for excellence which is evident by his work. I am very happy to have found Dr. Perez and his amazing staff. There is a wait time for cleanings, but they have frequent cancelations and I was able to get a cleaning the same day as my fillings. As a medical professional myself, I can attest that most of the medical field still struggles with longer wait times for almost any service due to being backlogged from Covid-19. However, I am confident that with time this will no longer be the case. Thank you again, Stone Lake Dental!

Shayla Certain very disappointed. when i called and asked if they took HMO insurance they stated yes, not only that but my mom called multiple times to verify that they took HMO insurance and every time, they said yes. when i got to my appointment i also asked in person and was told yes. However, now i am being charged a $120 bill that is due within a month because they actually do not take HMO insurance. in this economy, $120 is a lot. i am very disappointed because this could have been avoided if all of the workers were up to date on their policy and provided clients with the correct information. i hope that this will be fixed in the future.

Overall, a nice experience with my son’s wisdom teeth removal. All went well and everyone was super helpful and nice. We even needed to contact the office outside of normal hours before surgery and Dr. Urbanek called back very quickly. :)

Patricia Bell Referred by my dentist, Dr. Chad Jackson. Impacted wisdom tooth infected, root too close to nerve to remove, I was worried. Dr. Urbanek explained procedure, answered my questions and was very informative about everything. He also pulled two additional teeth. Minor discomfort, but I was given the tools to take care of it. Denver Ferguson I had a smooth and informative consultation, there was a bit of dentist humor. I had 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed without issues. Yes there is always a bit of pain, but Dr. Urbanek and his staff provided information and medication to help with this pain. The personal phone I received from Dr Urbanek to follow up after my procedure was above and beyond normal follow up. His staff was beyond helpful with answering any questions my wife or I had. I will definitely recommend Dr. Urbanek to anyone for dental procedures.

Tu Le Ive been here several times and while they have all my income information, they asked me to provide upon arrival. The person I talked to on the phone to schedule an appointment didnt tell me to bring proof of income or anything then how am I supposed to know? Then wanted to charge me $270 for a normal cleaning. So I had to walk out. Drove there just to walk out for nothing. A complete waste of time. Very unprofessional. Probably wont ever come back.

George Texstel My experiences at this public dental clinic are troubling: what appears (and feels) to be unacceptable quality work, and a greater than 300% jump in fees that accompanied their office expansion (based on the same family size and income). The front office workers have always been amateurish government-issue clerks. Their mission seems to be completely out of step with the parent clinic, The Community Healthcare Clinic, which I have very high regard for. I have easily found better dental care (at competitive pricing) at a private practice dentist.

He would not make it right with me on fixing them. He said he would have to charge me to fix it. I know dentist are not perfect. She was in extreme pain a few days after, so Dr. Hempflling met us at his office Christmas Day to check her out. We will always be grateful for the extra mile he went to make sure she was okay, though she wasnt even his patient!
