My daughter saw them for the first time yesterday and she was amazed at how painless the experience was. They will be doing a filling for her in a couple of weeks and after her experience yesterday she doesn’t seem worried about it. This says a lot about how gentle they are. Got us in as soon as we walked in. Very professional and caring staff!

The ambiance is welcoming and puts you at ease. I have had a full set of dentures made there. They even adjusted an ill fitting set I already had, which was painful. They take all types of insurance. Andrea Cooper: I have been super impressed with Dr. Luce and his staff. They are quick, efficient, and very cheerful. I had a large chunk of one of my molars break off and figured I would need to have it pulled. He did an x-ray and exam and said he could do a simple repair on it so I could save the tooth. He had it fixed in 30 minutes and pain-free. As someone who is normally afraid of dentists, this was huge. Ended up having him pull an old broken wisdom tooth as well (fear of dentists kept me from dealing with it for way too long) and am amazed at the difference it has made!

Catalina Recio: Disappointed in the overall experience with this practice. When my daughter first became a patient she was excited and the staff was friendly and service was great. Not too long after we found out that the orthodontist would only have select days for appointments. Even so we were willing to continue treatment. Then again we were told that the orthodontist would only be in clinic once a month at the Kostoryz location Saturday only & the Ayers location a Friday only. How can you see all the patients in one day a month. Now that was complete insanity. I had my daughter switch to the Ayers location, which they game me a complete hassle. I requested to have her moved to another orthodontist and then bc they don’t have the promised providers that they initially promised when the treatment started. I was told that even though it is the facilities fault for this and not outsourcing for additional assistance they want to charge $500 to collect my daughters treatment records to find a better staffed orthodontist office. Would not recommend bringing your child to this practice.

From the reception and in process through dental cleaning to super thorough inspection/exam by Dr. Nancy and dental past and what we are about to do for the future visits was beyond expectations! Happy to know that we have done well with our sons tooth maintenance and we are happy that very minor future repairs are soon to happen and we are very happy to hear that as well. Atmosphere in the Dental Clinic was superb and kid friendly which makes it a great place to relax kids who visit and could be uneasy in a cold atmosphere to visit. Bravo !!!! Great progress and move to Kennedy Dental Clinic!!

Sarina Moreno: I was an ortho patient for 3 years with this place and my doctor changed 2-3 times throughout the process. The last doctor was very rude and lacks professionalism and people skills. I explained to him I still felt a gap near tooth #4 and he kept insisting there wasn’t a gap and for me to remove the braces. Unfortunately my regular dentist stated there is a gap near tooth #4. I am left disappointed with my results after spending a pretty penny. The dental assistants were always nice and remained professional but the doctors fell short. I do not recommend this place for dental care or orthodontics.

Carolinaa Cruz: id advise all parents to stay with their child in the back of the office . my daughter had an appointment at 10:30 and we were not seen till an hour and a half later ... at that the medicine she was given to make her loopy only lasted so long im pretty sure it wore off by the time she was seen. my daughter was fully aware of everything going on they told me to leave her in the back while they started the work on her teeth after a while i was called that they were not able to do any work and the dental assistant seemed annoyed and mad. after my daughters appointment she was telling me they were being rude to her and yelling at her when i was told to leave the back. i know for a fact my daughter does not lie about things but pls if you arent patient or qualified to work with kids why work in this medical setting ?? wish i can do more or report these people but i have little to no evidence and i truly hope they dont treat other peoples kids badly. parents pls be aware of this place
