1 /5 Ms. Nae: Worst experience ever. This my second time going back in years, and I’m never ever going back again. I don’t think some of them know how to do certain nails, and also they are disrespectful, especially to BLACK RACE cause I’m BLACK and I felt the disrespect the whole time. They also want you to spend more money, when u told them exactly what u want. Not satisfied at all.

2 /5 Char Morrison: I have used this nail salon for 2 years and they are usually reasonable priced, however today. I usually get gel or powder nails, eyebrow wax, and pedicure with tips on both big toes & designs for $110. Today, I only got the powder nails, was and pedicure without the tips & design AND they still charged me $110!! Why? I asked why was it $110 today and they acted like they didnt understand what I was asking. I told them I didnt get what I usually get, so why is it still $110? Well, since they want to play with my money like that, I need to move around. I dont have a complaint about the quality of the services, they do an AWESOME job, however you not gone change prices for your convenience. NEW SALON IT IS.

1 /5 Debra Johnson: I wish I had read reviews first. I used their services three times, two times too many. Unknown to me is why a business (one on every corner) who “should” want a loyal customer base is so openly rude to their customers. I read a couple of bad reviews from black women who felt they were being discriminated again. I am white and strongly felt the verbal insults they shared toward me in their native language. So very rude to loudly chit/chat and laugh with each other when the service is such an intimate service, and I was just there for a relaxing mani/pedi. I tipped well too. Even the very last time. Don’t waste your time and money.

5 /5 Jayamathi Lawrence: I have been going to VY nails for long time mostly for pedicure..Katy always done my pedicure..She does a awesome job...This week my daughter done pedicure, nails, eyebrow by Katy..She done a fantastic job..Tina is always welcoming us in a friendly manner..Everyone does team work there..Very clean place and quite environment..Very reasonable price..

This place has fair pricing -- I mean if they are good at something they might as well not do it for free haha. Among one of the greatest nail spas at a reasonable price, did a thing called a "manicure" and was explained on what stuff meant. If the phrase "on the relentless pursuit of perfection" was a nail spa, this place would be it. The technicians know what they are doing and work hard to deliver ever-better service. Kristan McCullough: I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now. IIt’s just Lisa & her husband but the way they work together and multitask is great. I can tell/show Lisa what I want and she will deliver! I will only come here to get my nails & pedicure done. They know me, my sister & mom which makes it more comfortable. REAL TIME UPDATE!! 9-10-21 Notice the date of my last post…I came here for a full set and Lisa tried to up my regular price by $15. I get the same thing every time and pay $40. Well this time when I check out she says $45 for again, something I get all the time. I showed her my receipt & my bank statement that shows how much I’ve been paying, she tells me she forgot to tell me and continues to reach for my card and tells me that I am going to pay. I’ve been coming for years now for this to happen is unacceptable and I won’t be back. Not to mention she cut two of my fingers and acted like nothing happened at first then got an attitude because I held my hand for the pain to stop for a minute because she was rushing and was not taking her time so she could service someone who she ran after outside because she was quoted a too high price but told her another price just to get her back in. So this tells me that they are just money hungry and do not care for their customers at all. They are not sanitary and reuse the same tools on everyone. I bring my own and they don’t like it.

Lauren Castillo: recently visited this nail salon and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite paying for a manicure that included a massage and hot stones, I received neither. I got a gel manicure, which usually lasts a long time, but I woke up the next morning and both of my big toes were already worn off. To make matters worse, my partner also got their nails done, and honestly, a child could have done a better job. They did give a discount, but after waking up the next day to the sight of my big toe, I want a refund for it all. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone. And to also add, the tech spent over an hour doing a dip set and no time at all on the other services that were supposed to be provided for the MOST EXPENSIVE manicure on their service list. I never complain, but it was my first time going there and I spent over $300 for literally no reason. Do not go there!!!!

Maria Flores Apolinar: i loved this place however i had a very bad experience with tweeny. I will include pictures of what i asked for and what she gave me. From the beginning she was very dismissive and rough with my nails. Kayla tried to help but as the receptionist she was busy managing other clients while trying to fix tweenys work. Very disappointed this was my favorite spot.

I received pedicure and fill. great pedicure. the tech doing my nails lifted my nail and said I need a new nail in which I did. I will not go back due to lack of integrity.

The ladies were very attentive and our nails looked great. The chairs we sat in worked well. They were talking and had a good energy with each other and laughing. I will definitely return for services.
