Not only did he do a flawless job on my nails, but he was also super friendly and made the whole experience so enjoyable with great conversation. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff is welcoming. Highly recommend Andy for anyone looking for top-notch service and a friendly vibe. I’ll definitely be back!"

Shandi Mooty Very disappointed as I purchased the $53 pedicure and she didn’t use any of the products that come with it. Also was very rushed. I just wanted a nice little foot/leg rub as I work on my feet all day but was rushed off. Don’t know if we will be back. If you want to come and pay for products that don’t get used, I’d recommend coming here. I got a basic pedicure, not a $53 one. And yes, I did mention it to them as she was doing my toes and when I went to pay. It didn’t get fixed.

Olivia Edmonds My mom and me have come to this nail salon for years. They are all so nice. They do a great job on nails. The prices are very reasonable. Great place to go for a pedicure and manicure.

Kamila Cobbe Had my daughters hair and make-up done at Esthelas for her prom! Loved the job done on her hair. Color Romance by Maricela did the make up, she gave way to her artistic flair by using color to achieve a really lovely result! My daughter was so pleased with the outcome and felt like a princess!

Damaris Gonzales Had my hair cut, and nails done. The ladys Jessica and Marisela are just awesome. And will continue to permanently go to them. Very kind, caring and want to please their client.

Bre Cline If there was a way to give this place a half of a star I would most definitely would. I came to visit a friend an we decided to go get our nails done. I have never expected the customer service just plan out right was horrible! The guy that done my fill in was in a rush for absolutely no reason that I could see there was literally only two people in the place. ( me and my friend) the one that was doing my fill in was really rude an very rough doing my nails. An to top it all off the other nail tech if that’s what you want to call them. Told my friend that she was a liar an didn’t tell lair an didn’t not tell him that she wanted the nail polish at the tip of her nail but instead at the top! ( only painter on nail )Got very rough an very rough as well then he took the polish off an redone them how she wanted in the first place! While all this going on the told the lady name Cindy that we would more then likely no tip them in the first place. I have never had a experience like this before I will never go back to that nail salon again the service is horrible an the job they done on my nails an my friends nails were absolutely horrible! For a fill in that was 38$ i could have done a better job doing them my self at home! Just a horrible place I wouldn’t recommend my worst Enemy to go there

Danielle Bettinger Jennifer is awesome. I love her and her daughter. Shes always so sweet. Everytime i go in i tell her do what she wants and i let her have creative freedom and she NEVER lets me down. I cant wait to see what she comes up with next.

Lametra Abron The first day I went the experience was ok until they rushed me out of the door I got a pedicure and my toes were not completely dry! The environment was not welcoming at all!! My toes did mess up !! I called the next day so that they could fix the problem, they did! But a week later they’re chipping!! I do not recommend

Amy Sells Never coming back. If I could leave 0 stars I would! I had my nails done on the 13. I had to come in the 14 to have them repainted. Now one has fallen off completely and the paint is already chipping and falling off again. It hasn’t even been a week. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone to resolve this issue either. Edit** I was finally able to reach someone on the phone today. He told me they do not offer a warranty on their nails and that they were not responsible for me tearing them up. I told him that it hadn’t even been 24 hours before I started having issues with it. He said again they’re not responsible.

Amanda They have disappointed me. I live in Marshall and drive to Longview for their atmosphere. Its nice, quite and love the one on one attention I get without rushing me in and out for other customers.

Marquita Rowland I absolutely LOVE this place! I will wait to get my nails done to come here. They are so sweet and listen to customers and what they want. I have been getting my getting my nails done every two weeks for 8 years and the result is thin brittle nails. I like long nails and recently they have been breaking, bleeding, just painful. Without fake nails my nails look horrible and hurt. So they recommended a dip powder with a small tip instead of normal nails. My nails are getting stronger and look 10x better. In 6 months+ I will be able to get real nails again. Most places will just put glue on broken nails and do them normal- but them they listen and know that I want my nails to get stronger!!!

Bemecia Wells This place did great job with my Nails. They are very attentive to the needs of customer. However, I would like someone else to do my designs next time. I think I would get the powder next time time my nails came out phenomenal.

Anuhea Fu They had good service everyone was really nice. They did an okay job on my nail shape but made them thin like really thin. I haven’t even had these on for a week and I don’t do anything crazy with my hands and my nail already chipped. They made the dip lumpy on some nails. Don’t even get me started on the design like what even is that. The brown is what I asked for and they stated that it was too difficult. And then gave me this ugly line design. She even tried to correct the black line with a white line and it just looks terrible. The white on my nail isn’t even nail polish it’s dip!! Needless to say I will not be coming back because I paid $68 dollars for these nails! And I have gotten better for cheaper!

Helen Keller-Wallace Really loved my mani/pedi. It’s been so long because I’m a diabetic and so many places are too aggressive and cause me to bleed. This was gentle and wonderful! Great job!

teresa potts If you suffer from any foot disorders, diabetes, go no other place. The cost is about the same as those other nasty places and its only one person at a time. Joyce is a medical certified nail tech. Give her a try!

Kara Rios Ann does my nails and she truly does an awesome job. She was gentle and very professional. She made sure I loved my nails and was happy with them. My pedicure was on point too! I enjoy going to this salon. They make you feel welcome and want you to have a good experience! Highly recommend!! Update: Ann is my go to lady! She has helped me grow out my natural nails. She does such a great job every time. I’ve been going to her for over a year now! Prices are very reasonable for services!

Nova W I will never be coming to this place again, first I ask for a paisley design on my nail show her pictures, she says “I can’t do that” I was like okay that’s fine I’ll chose something simpler I guess. So I went with French tips, added some gems for flare. The shape of the French tip was not the best but I try not to be so picky especially since the nail tech obviously couldn’t do much since she refused to do designs on my nails, But I’ve never had such weak nails in my experience, I got these done yesterday, I leave the salon, on my way to work same day I notice 2 nails were already starting to crack at the edges, the gems were already falling off, then mid work shift one of my nails is chipped off! Within hours! I woke up this morning & another nail popped off!? Not worth $85, so disappointing.. go somewhere else

April Weber I saw a friend’s facebook post & review, so I tried them out. The pedi was amazing, I love the hot stone massage and the hot towels. They have several different pedicure options. Tom was so gentle with my natural nails and changing out the acrylic. My natural nails are finally grown out enough that I just need a thin overlay to give them some strength and color. Every single employee was so kind! My son had his first ever pedicure and he was treated like a little king! We loved it!

Dujuan 1020 I have zero desire to look for another nail shop. The ladies are nice and welcoming. Tina has done my nails twice now. She takes her time, my nails always look fabulous and for a reasonable price.

Sparklyracer44 I found this place on facebook by accident. I’m so happy I did! I’ve been looking for a good nail salon. Their prices are about average to everyone else, but the quality was so much better. My stylist was genuinely excited to see the photo I wanted to recreate. Another stylist did my fiancés nails, just to clean them up nothing special. He even loved it. Next time I’ll try to get him to try a pedicure. Over all this place is SO MUCH BETTER THEN GRAND LUX!

Chey Dragon Mentioned issues before finished and ended just letting him finish so I could get out. The one thing I can say positive is the nail polish we choose to do turn yellow instead of blue and he redid the nail polish. I wanted coffin nails and a design that the artist was unable to do. He failed to mention until they already put tips on my nails. My nails are crooked, not coffin and unfinished/not clean.

Barbara Schelest If I could put a negative star amount I would Awful service, the therapeutic pedicure is DG brand citric dish soap. Do not know how to apply pink and white set at all. Ummm they kinda of forgot the clear coat!

Angela Jones Today I went in to get my nails done by Ms. Nikki not knowing exactly what I wanted. She’s so awesome she can always come up with something super cute in a matter of minutes for me she puts her little twist to it. I ended up getting a Pedi as well and omg is was awesome just what I needed to end my week. Ms. Nikki never fails she made my day. I highly recommend you check her out. Call a get you an appointment let her get you ready for the holidays.! Plus the environment was so calming and pleasant all the staff was super nice. Thank you guys for a great experience I will definitely be back.

TIFFANY HUNTER EVERY appointment is such a professional, relaxing experience. Im always more than satisfied with the results. Glam Essentials is the only place I go for my nails and toes. Definitely recommended!

Kimberly Austin Hannah has upgraded her salon. Beautiful inside.The staff is very attentive and service is wonderful. When youre there if youre feeling a little parched . You can ask for something to drink. This is the only nail salon I come to.

Mirage Humphrey I originally posted about a “Not so great experience” at Tams. I was reached out to via a phone call/text messages. I was asked about my experience, and the lady said she could see it on the video. She offered a refund, in which I declined because their products were still used. I told her I would give them another try at a later date because I wasn’t in need of anything. Today I came back. I scheduled an appointment- and man the service was great. Much better. I understand places have bad days for whatever reason. They gave me the best pedicure I think Ive ever had, and the pedicure I assume people always rave about. Multiple colleagues use them and were shocked by my experience. I’m very glad I gave them another try. Their massage chairs are the best in the area too!

Taylor Barnes I love coming to Tam’s. The studio is always clean, has an upscale fun style that keeps up with newest and trending nails styles/fashion. Besides the immaculate vibes set by the music and atmosphere there is one main reason I come to Tam’s, for Jenny. Jenny has made me love getting my nails done again. What once was a chore, I now look forward to getting my nails done each time. She is clean, kind, gentle, stylish and professional. Jenny listens to you, she actually wants to and encourages you to do fun and new designs. My first set from her lasted 5 weeks! Not a single nail was broken or lifted. I drive over an hour one way just for Jenny to do my nails. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and Jenny is by far the best nail technician I have ever come across. 10 star rating. Best place in east Texas to get your nails and toes done.

Kris Turner Ive had pedicures for over 20 years in various salons. Today I went to Hollywood nails and this has been by far the best pedicure Ive ever had! Very friendly folks, clean establishment. Awesome Tina, great job girl :)

Lauren Looney This is by far the worst experience Ive had at a nail salon.. the pictures and descriptions below each picture explain it. Plus I was there for over 4 hours. I saw two other ladies have their nails redone because of the bad job.... I didnt have time to make them fix it so I went to sallys and bought the stuff to fix it myself.. ugh...

Kacie Costello Samantha is my absolute favorite! She always does a wonderful job on my nails and is so kind! I tried branching off to try other salons and it was the worst mistake I made. This is the only salon in Longview that I’ve been to that actually knows how to do dip nails. Every other salon I’ve been to turns it into acrylic and not actual dip! The entire staff is kind, and welcoming and always offering refreshments and make you feel comfortable. Me and my child also get pedicures once a month and have never had a bad experience.
