Esther Vasquez My hair appointment was scheduled with Nicole on Saturday, February 1, 2025. When I arrived on time, like I usually do with having had my appointment scheduled over 2 months in advance..... Nicole was working on a client and the clients teenage daughter was standing next to them the whole time. After a few minutes of waiting....Nicole came over to me and said...("I am going to sit you with Daisey and I will mix the color and Daisy will apply the color on your hair. I will also cut your hair but Daisey will wash and blowdry and style your hair because I didnt know that my client was going to bring her teenage daughter who also wants a cut and style"). I was pretty upset but I didnt show it or say anything. My appointment was set and the clients teenage daughter did not have an appointment. How does one determine that this was fair? I did all the right things by scheduling my appointment each and every time with at least 2 months in advance for almost 10 years of being Nicoles client. I sent Nicole a text message yesterday for my next appointment and I did tell Nicole that because I am making my appointment with plenty of time that I want my hair cut , color and style to begin with Nicole and end with her and I dont want to be bumped. Nicole replies back this morning saying she couldnt guarantee I wouldnt be bumped and because she couldnt guarantee it that I need to look for another stylist and a different salon. I was shocked, hurt, angry and crying because I thought I had a friendship with Nicole since I had been her Loyal Customer for at least 10 years. In addition to sending her friends and family over the years. I trust God will take care of the rest and he will direct me to a Salon and Hairstylist that will appreciate her customers because I did nothing to deserve this treatment. I also was a client of Michelle who does Eyebrows for $600.00 but I wont be going back to Glow after how I was treated today.

Thomas Vasquez This is a very unprofessional business! My mother scheduled her appointment two months in advance and when she arrived, the owner told her she will have to go with someone else because she squeezed someone else ahead of her. My mother decided to make a complaint to the owner over text and the owner just told her if she doesn’t like it, she can go somewhere else. What a terrible business owner to treat loyal customers like this!

Reyna Mendez I was planning on scheduling a hair appointment here but after reading some of the reviews It seems that scheduling with someone at this business doesn’t guarantee you’ll actually be seen by them. I suggest finding somewhere else where your appointment is respected and you are seen by the professional you specifically booked.
