Amelia Esparza Montes I wanted a color on my hair, unfortunately Diana couldnt perform and we both agreed on some other color . Well she missed out a lots of chunks and parts of my hair to dye. She said that to give it a day and that the color would stand out that supposedly it was too soon. Its been years i have not dyed my hair since my young years. So I called her that same day because I went to some other Salon and advised me to let the Diana know that I wanted it corrected and again we both agreed that on a Thursday she would fix it. Later on the day before my appointment she sends me a message that she has other things to do and that she wasnt able to fix it. I now want my money back but she is now hiding from me and and doesnt want to either fix it or give me back my money. I do NOT recommend her whatsoever! Her name is Diana Sequeda.

Carrie Kane Janet did my hair on New Years Eve she did a Brazilian blowout and a facial. It was absolutely amazing and so far I dont have frizzy hair she was able to cut minimum off and no looks no longer looks like a horses tail this woman was meant to do what she does she is absolutely amazing with hair in the facial was above and beyond and then she tells you exactly how to maintain the things that she did. Exactly how to care for my hair and my face without having to buy thousands of dollars in products. I highly highly recommend that you speak with Janet before you do anything drastic with your hair as well as your skin your face and hair are the most important parts of your first impression to others. I promise you will be extremely satisfied if not more

JustAGirl I believe this place is by appointment only, be sure to call ahead. So Connie did my hair & she was amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted & that was it! Connie went to work, did her thing & WOW. I love it. My hair came out so nice. Thank you, Connie. She is awesome at what she does, great service, amazing results!! Definitely recommend.

Faith Armand did a perfect job. The place is beautiful, it smells so good in there. I was nervous because this was my first time going to him and I get anxiety around people but he made me feel so welcomed and loved, being there felt like a big hug. I highly recommend it here.

Aliah Lopez Omg I was so nervous going in I was worried because my last salon experience did not go so well. BUT as soon as I walked in the place was super nice and well decorated. I had gotten a haircut and wash. My stylist Gloria was absolutely the sweetest she made me feel so comfortable she’s really easy going and I really appreciated her time. The wash was AMAZING super relaxing. Don’t even get me started on the cut oh my goodness Gloria did an excellent job on my hair. I really recommend going to this place if it’s your first time. I will definitely be coming back for more of their services as well.

Naomi Orfa is absolutely amazing!!! I’m from Maryland, and haven’t been able to find anyone who does hair like her! She is super talented and takes her time creating your perfect desired hair! Her salon is also beautiful and smells so good! She did an outstanding job on my balayage!!! I 100% recommend her to everyone near and far! You will not be disappointed!!

Diana Rodriguez I absolutely love Orfa! I moved down from NYC, I needed a new hairstylist and was recommended to her. She has been right on target on my highlights and my hair styling likes. She did a smoothing treatment that has worked wonderfully on my hair. I have a lot of hair, it’s thick and very freezy.. that smoothing treatment is amazing, better and longer lasting than the one I used to get in NYC. The hair products and hair styling tools she has recommended has also worked as she says they would. I love my scalp message while in the shampoo stage, a technique that should be used by hairstylists but has been lost.. She sets her appointments specifically for you, that time is for you only, until her amazing work is completed. I get great compliments on my hair from others. Thank you Orfa!

J. Alaniz DO NOT GO TO AMY MONREAL FOR BLEACHING SERVICES at Beauty and Glamour hair salon in Harlingen. Will add pictures of what color I wanted, how my hair looked right before I went in, how it looked after she damaged it, and the final “fix.” All reviews, including mine, were deleted from their Facebook. You have to Google their Facebook page for it to come up. So while my head was in the sink she kept giving me treatments. Didn’t think anything of it. I’ve had my hair blonde for about two years with no issues with bleaching until now, with Amy Monreal. While blow drying my hair Amy Monreal said a small piece broke off. I looked in the mirror and it wasn’t a small piece. A whole section was missing on one side. I told her to stop, got up, paid and left with tears in my eyes. The color wasn’t even what I wanted. It was striped like a raccoon tail. Even in the fixed picture you can see how fried the hair is. I would have to shave it off in order to get rid of the damage. But hey, Amy Monreal got her $140 and that’s all that matters.

R M If you want to keep your hair then I am warning you DO NOT go here. Amy must have made a fake TDLR certificate to show she got her license. If you can’t perform a service then it’s easier to decline the client then to still dry and let me walk out half bald and STILL have the audacity to charge me.

Craig Kristin “Toxie” Took my mom here to get her hair done and she absolutely loved her haircut. The salon was clean, the stylist was professional, and we were not kept waiting for our appointment. The price of the cut and style was incredibly reasonable.

Jacob Salazar When I came in I just new that I wanted a trim. The barber there (Isaac) talked me through some option and it felt really personalized. I can without a doubt say that this is the best haircut experience I’ve ever been through. This is not to mention the other services they can provide like massages, skin care, beard care and even a MANicure. Juan Medrano An amazing place to visit for a haircut and massage. The service is 5 star. Your greeted by an amazing person and offered a drink. The barber took his time and took no shortcuts and has an impressive chair surrounded by positive energy and amazing 70s music. The masseuse explained everything the Spa has to offer. She allowed me to play 80s music as I enjoyed an amazing neck massage. Thank you again to the owner that showed a family oriented feeling from the moment I walked in till I left. This SPA is a hidden Gem. ☆☆☆☆☆

Its been years since I let anyone cut my hair for me, but Jada did such an amazing job at capturing the style I was going for, & made sure to check in with me to make sure its what I was going for too! 10/10 will be going back for future haircuts with her! Isaac Deuel If you Want a Mullet!? Diesels the guy you want! Ive been gettin my haircut from him and been gettin a mullet and it’s always the best I’ve ever gotten. I even got a Cross and American flag on one side and I Got Compliments from EVERYBODY. And lots of pictures with me too Haha.

Olinda Bernal My experience with Mary wasnt so good she didnt do her "professional" job right in my highlights she left 2 diferent colors in my highlights and she did not want to fix them blaming me I had 1 louse in my hair wich I didnt have before walking into her and supposably that was the reason she left my hair a mess she even gave me a discount just so her other clients wouldnt know about this. She is lame person not professional at all.

Do not recommend First she double book during my appointment and made me wait there 45 min there while she’s helping someone else Then she messed up my hair and when I told her she got mad and blamed me saying it was my hair . The environment is pleasant and they each had a snack and a sprite ! I sat and had a Diet Coke too while I waited !
