mando martinez Disappointed with Customer Service I have been disappointed with Silver Sage Family Dentistry on multiple occasions due to the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff. The receptionist has been consistently rude and unprofessional, making interactions unpleasant each time I visit. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this issue, which suggests a larger problem with customer service. Professionalism and courtesy are essential in any medical office, and unfortunately, the lack of respect at the front desk makes for a negative experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these ongoing concerns.

Johnny Vasquez Sadly I will no longer be able to get care at this place at least for another year because they do not take my insurance. However, I highly recommend it, staff was always nice and helpful, Dr. Parikh is amazing, and always made me feel comfortable along with the dental hygienists. I will have to find another dental office until I can find my way back here after I make the switch during next open season, please go here if you can.

Bonnie Eller My husband found Dr. Parikh when we moved to Fort Worth and we both started seeing her after his long overdue visit. She is well informed as well as kind and understanding. Her and her staff always do such a great job taking care of us and Im amazed at how much they remember about us specifically. Our kids were going to a pediatric dentist but their insurance changed recently and their current dentist doesnt accept the new insurance so we will be bringing our children to see Dr. Parikh as well. We know shell take great care of them!

Cles Follett I had my veneers done by Dr. Nikki Green about two years ago, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The initial consultation felt rushed, lasting only about five minutes, which left me feeling undervalued. After that, I was quickly fitted with temporary veneers, but I encountered several significant issues. My two left cuspids kept falling off, causing a lot of frustration and increasing sensitivity each time I had to return for a fix. After a month, I finally received my permanent veneers, but my excitement quickly turned to dismay. Out of the ten veneers I had paid for, only eight were cemented that day because Dr. Green was concerned about the appearance of the two on my right side. Unfortunately, I wasn’t shown what the issue was before she sent them back and put on more temporary veneers. Less than a day after getting my permanent veneers, I noticed a drastic size difference—my right side was significantly longer than the left. When I pointed this out to Dr. Green, she acknowledged the issue and decided to redo five of the ten veneers. This is highly unusual in dentistry, as permanent veneers are typically designed to fit together seamlessly. When she replaced them, the new veneers didn’t fit properly. Instead of sending them back, she opted to shave them down, resulting in an uneven and bulky appearance on one side. I find myself editing photos to hide my teeth and often refrain from smiling in pictures because they look ridiculous. I attempted to schedule an appointment to address the shape of my veneers, but Dr. Green refused to see me again, suggesting that I could consult a different doctor instead. After spending over $18,000 out of pocket, I was shocked that she wasn’t willing to make things right. Now, I’m left with these unsatisfactory veneers, and no other dentist wants to work on someone else’s previous work. Given my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Green for any cosmetic procedures.

I’ve been going to this particular office for over 15 years now and crazy thing is, it just keeps getting better. They are not only nice, they are highly knowledgeable and use the latest technology. No other dental care like it!

Casper Whitey Have been great! Last week I had an issue and they were able to get me in for the procedure. Friendly and informative of everything they were doing. I had concerns and returned just to make sure everything was good. They scheduled me in and no judgement on making sure and making sure. They listened to my concerns and gave me a plan. Very comforting. Excellent place.

Alyssa Pylant It had been a while since I’d been to the dentist, and I was hoping to find a place where I could establish care and feel comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that here. One thing that made me uncomfortable was when the provider asked questions about a personal health condition unrelated to my dental care. It felt like a boundary was crossed. Another concern was the experience of having over 30 photos taken of my teeth and then going through them one by one, while the provider pointed out imperfections in each tooth. I was asked if I drank well water due to the color of one tooth, and at one point, the provider made a sound of dismay while examining my gums, which made me feel self-conscious and uneasy. On top of that, I felt pressured to make a decision about my treatment plan before I was ready. I left the office feeling anxious and upset. I’m a little nervous to post this after reading how the business has responded to other reviews. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Everyone deserves to feel respected and safe when seeking care.

Also very cool you can watch TV while she works which was very helpful for someone like me who is very nervous at the dentist. Not with this staff though they go above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable. I think I finally found my lifetime dentist. I highly recommend this place.

The staff are extremely personable and professional. This office has advanced technology and a clean, modern feel. I believe they even have their own lab to mold veneers, which can make the treatment process more efficient. Dr. Hoyt and his staff always educate me on the procedures theyre performing and ensure that I am comfortable through out the process. They even go as far as talking you through the entire procedure so any motion or feeling is anticipated. Chris Bean I was in Fort Worth visiting family when I cracked and broke a tooth. What could have been a horrible experience, out of town and needing emergency dental work, turned out to be no problem at all. Dr. Hoyt was recommended and his office staff was able to work me in the same day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Doctor Hoyt was very thorough and determined i needed a crown. He explained the process every step of the way, put me at ease and did a great job. The procedure went great and by the next day I was back to %100 like the broken tooth never happened. I highly recommend if you are in Fort Worth and need dental work to make an appointment and consult with Fort Worth Dental Arts.

They are very caring and thorough of the procedure they are performing and will always make sure nothing hurts and that you are OK. Their patients well being is top priority. pppharris My husband and I have been going to this dental office for the past 15 years. It is the friendliest and most accommodating that I’ve ever experienced. For instance, I went in for a regular teeth cleaning today. My husband, who has dementia, came with me. When he realized that we were in our dentist’s office, he told me that two of his teeth were bothering him. He had not mentioned them before. As it turned out, these two teeth needed to be extracted immediately, one of them had abscessed. They took him without any problem. And in less than an hour, it was all sorted out. S C (Me Myself and I) Absolutely love this dentist. They are so friendly in the office. He will go over every option available to you that he has to fix whatever problem you have. They are very accommodating to people with disabilities. I have a lot of medical issues including neck and back problems that Ive had surgeries on, Ive had to cancel appointments last minute because I couldnt get out of bed or I couldnt drive to my appointment, they have been so accommodating and so nice and understanding. I have been treated better at this practice then I have at some of my surgeons offices. They have made me feel very welcome in their office. the staff and Dr McEwen are so great. I take both my children and my husband to this practice
