Amy Sankey I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. As someone who usually has extreme dental anxiety, I was put at ease almost the whole time I was under their care. They were gentle and understanding, and listened to my concerns. They exhibited great customer service skills throughout the whole visit. I will be making them my permanent dental office!

Delta Hagin The dentist and hygienist were great. My issue is with having my appointment constantly rescheduled, first appointment was reschedule I understood. Second appointment was reschedule was fine with that as well. This last appointment i verified by email and later by phone what time and day to be there (was scheduled 3 months in advance) get there they tell me my appointment is a hr later then what I was scheduled. Showed the email and told them I had a phone call. They said the best that could be done was the hour later then my original scheduled time. Canceled the appointment told them refund any money left from payment I was going to another dentist.
