1 /5 Dareion H: I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your salon. I had high hopes for my first visit, as I had read so many great reviews about your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive.
When I arrived, I was greeted by Frankie, who checked me in and led me to her chair. I explained that I was nervous, as I usually have my hair done by one person, but I was willing to give your salon a try. I also mentioned that my hair tangles easily and had brushed it out and braided it beforehand.
Frankie proceeded to cut off my braids in one fell swoop, without any regard for the length or style I had requested. I was shocked but tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. However, as the haircut progressed, it became clear that Frankie had no idea what she was doing. She hacked away at my hair with no precision or care, grabbing chunks and cutting them off without measuring or consulting with me.
The final result took less than 20 minutes and was a disaster. My hair is now uneven, with no discernible layers, and looks nothing like what I had asked for. I am devastated by the outcome and have received many negative comments from friends and family.
I had hoped to become a regular customer at your salon, but after this experience, I cannot in good conscience return. I urge you to take my feedback seriously and ensure that your stylists are properly trained and capable of providing quality service to your clients.
