3 /5 Rob Tiffany (Drob): I called to see if I could come in the same day and they said yes after 6pm I showed up 10 minutes before 6 and they said they couldnt do it I thought ok fine I should have made an appointment anyway so thats on me but then the stylist tried to schedule an appointment and asked me what I needed done. She assumed a trim and when I said a cut she looked at me like oh really (because I have very thin hair due to a medical condition that I am now in treatment for but also my hair was put up in a bun so I guess she can just see everything) after that I already felt horrible just being there. I made the appointment to not be rude but will definitely never go back in there after that incredible horrible customer service and they may be great at hair but I dont think ill ever be back.
