Haley Daughtrey The staff has been fantastic, from the teachers to the admin, they have been welcoming and professional. Daycare was a big leap for our little one, but they were incredibly patient and helpful in the transition. Our little one loves it and we are grateful that she is in a space to learn and make friends. Very much worth the peace of mind knowing your kiddo is in good hands while you are at work.

manju nadh My 2 year old daughter goes to this school and they are very great hospitality staff with smiles on their faces always. Teachers are great listeners to parents words and we love to send her to this school. I am always impressed with the clean environment and eye catchy decorations all the places. Thanks to each and every member of the school for such great team work always.

Kelli This school helped me realize that public education and the systems they have in place are there for a reason, public school receives funding because they adhere to guidelines adopted by professionals. If you want very little feedback other than we have fun, we play outside ALOT…then by all means send your child here. We did really value feedback from the head of school, Dr. Greg. But beyond that the elementary is really lacking to me. When we didn’t sign up for the following year, the last three months was mostly a waste. My daughter was for the most part ignored educationally, did artwork all day and either teachers just shoved her under the rug. The teachers teaching there all have children that attend (for free). The reviews are mostly staff (just be aware).

Kristen Jones-Weaver We LOVE koan. My son has ADHD so I didnt think hed do well in a public school, so we chose koan. Best decision I ever made. They work with them and go at each individual persons pace. It is a relaxed learning environment and open communication. I can reach out to whomever and whenever I want/need, and they respond quickly. They teach life lessons, not just school material. I would recommend this school to anyone. The admin and teachers really make this school phenomenal.

Valeria Mejia DCA might not be the perfect fit for everyone, but we absolutely love it. The teachers & staff instill values of honor and respect, teaching students to strive for excellence and perseverance. It nurtures them to become good humans, and we couldnt be happier with the positive environment it provides. While the curriculum is rigorous, their goal is to supply our kids with the knowledge they need to succeed, and they have fun while doing it.

Elizabeth Newman We knew we wanted our child to be more than just a number in a large school and DCA has been an amazing choice and solution for that - the staff all know our child by name (and who we are as well, which is huge). There is a strong focus on fostering productive members of society with good character. We have been very pleased with the teachers, small class sizes, and the curriculum - it really requires parents to be engaged and active in their child’s education which is exactly what we wanted! All in all, we love and highly recommend DCA!

My child has shown great academic improvements since he joined. I would recommend this school to any parents who want to enroll their kids in pre-k program and lives in Denton.

Chelsey Rictor I cant say enough great things about our familys experience with this school! My daughter attended Wild Hearts Nature Preschool in Aubrey from ages 2 to 6. She even spent one last "twilight summer" there with her old friends after kindergarten! Each day was filled with adventure as they focus on themes in nature, community, kindness, art, and fun. Jordan and Shannon are great educators. They hire only the best teachers and run the business side of things smoothly as well. We loved it so much; we drove out of town from Denton each day for 4 years just to ensure our child was spending her days playing outside and getting dirty! We absolutely love that they do not use screens. Thanks to this sweet, little school our daughter will forever have a "wild heart" and a love for learning. We still talk about our pre-school experience fondly and will never forget how grateful we are for those magical four years.

Stacy Trantham 10 STARS!!! Wild Hearts has been the most amazing experience for our family! Our daughter started going to the Aubrey location full-time just before she turned 2 years old and she went up until she started kindergarten. She is now 6 years old and in first grade, but she cannot wait to go to Wild Hearts Community School next summer. Wild Hearts lets kids be kids by enjoying the outdoors and teaching them a love for nature, art, and animals. Shannon, Jordan, and the teachers do a fantastic job. Not only does our daughter love nature and animals, but she absolutely loves learning. Among the many lessons taught, our favorite was when she learned how to count in Spanish and recite the ABC’s in French. We just love Wild Hearts so much!
