They custom built my wife a ring that she cannot stop staring at!! The smile on her face is worth 10 star review. I guarantee I will be back there.

5 /5 Summer Clift: Thank you so much for Russel Kneifl at, "The Jewelry ER",for fixing my wedding ring! I was very leery of leaving my wedding ring with anybody! Broke the Brackets, thats holding my diamond. I shops around in Longview. Felt most comfortable leaving it with Russel. Others places send it off (nope not doing that) and his reviews are good and his great customer service. He works on everything there. I got my ring back in 5 days. I recommend them!! I will be back for jewelry repair.

5 /5 alice johnson: I bought ankle bracelet, from a different store, and I aways try it on but not this times, I was in rush and didnt. when I got ready to put it on, it wasnt long enough..it sat in my drawer for 4 months. Someone told me about Jewerly ER and I tried them out and am pleased

This is the only place I’ve had my jewelry serviced in Longview and consistently serviced and repaired I havereturned almost 4 times at this point!! 20/10
