Ive more than a few questions I would like to pick your brain about the cases you were appointed to represent me on an fabricated DUI Judge Joe Carroll 2008 . The arresting officer access to dash video transit Temple the Bell County court Which was 8-10 minutes at most but had it in transit supposed over 45 minutes and blacked out the video of an sobriety testing which he had no probable cause for stopped me as soon as I left store parking 7-11 Adams & loop 363 1st thing he had said to me his approach to me was turn my lights off which was the ruse of an excuse as to why he stopped me remember as turned off the well lit parking lot of 7-11 I turned on my lights sir . his false take and reason the stop accordingly was I was supposedly driving with my lights off which isnt true at all Mr White then outside of the video which wouldve been more favorable to me than the officer fabricated story !! Chain of custody the evidence was not raining sir and they destroyed any sample physical evidence samples as to which they supposedly gotten blood alcohol outside legal limits and denied my right to have any and all evidence against me independently tested sir oh and thats not all problems the signigtures the indictment there are none then you refused to except me not wanting to plea during an recess called for whatever reason after an juror became disqualified and an verbal request made for mistrial as result sir oh yeah the plea sheet of which shouldnt have ever entered into this has both plea agreement arangment and not plea arangment but an open court plea checked marked sir after you pushed me into that continually the break and now you tell me you did your best sir ?? Well I wont be indorsing your performance very well Mr White as per my experience with your services sir because sir I was innocent and thats the very reason I wanted and waited altogether close to 3 years for my day in court Mr white which I believe with what I have already told you the errors you failed and was totally an ineffective assistance of counsel for me Mr White !?# Find someone with has integrity and are for citizens rights because no one protected anything of mine here . thank you ~C.W.~

Caesar B We thought we were going with a local attorney, they had an attorney from Austin take over and split their money. They had the rudest assistant for us to deal with, condescending is putting it nicely (from Austin attorney). The 1/3 fee only for your case is not true. They also charged paperwork fees, over $500.00 from Reyna when they didnt handle the case with small settlement it didnt help. Even though my car was totaled it was a small settlement since we were not injured badly. So I am still losing money because I have to replace my car. I would not use them again nor recommend them.

Wayne Bulls I dont like making these reviews, but people need to know. He took my money and sat on his thumb for 3 years. I hired a new attorney and case was dismissed in 2 months. I have family and friends that later told me he will play on both sides of the bench. If you need someone who will actually fight go to Mike Magana or Brett Pritchard.
