Kurtis Brunson Definitely would not recommend chip pelley to anyone. I paid $1500 down for a divorce he told me it would be started. It was partly done when things started working out between myself and my ex wife. His secretary told me to keep them in the loop. A month later a received an email for chip pelley telling my I needed to come up with $4500 in 5 days or he was dropping my case. Needless to say I had no choice but to not pay it cause theres no way I had that kind of money to throw around. I will tell everyone I can to not go to him!!!

Doesn’t inform you if your case is a conflict of interest or that he works closely with your ex’s attorney! For an attorney to tell a single mom that you don’t need child support, because your child is 17 and has a part time job, he should be saying would you like fries with that because he is NO family law divorce attorney!!!breach of confidentiality and contract once he was fired as council!! Horrible experience! Run from this one!

He took care of my family like it was his and he is not afraid to stand up for injustice and willing to go the extra mile just because it is the right thing to do. He is equally as passionate as he is knowledgeable, and quite an authoritative, but likeable presence in the courtroom. Joe Brown is a rare find.
