Becky Burtner Law Office - Sherman
Nikki RN: Unfortunately it was a very negative experience during a difficult time. She was very prompt and competent, then after she received payment it was quite difficult and stressful to get anything done. Not to mention having inappropriate conversations with the other lawyer. So thankful I switched lawyers and didn’t stay with her.
Bill Kennedy Law, PLLC - Sherman
Corey Lewis: The Staff at Bill Kennedy Law have been nothing short of astounding. They helped guided me through some very trying times. Bill and Hilary have built an amazing team that have been very professional, and communicative, throughout my entire process. I cant give them any higher kudos on a job well done.
Kenneth W Roesler PC - Sherman
B J “Honestengine”: Ken was fantastic and handled everything very smoothly for me when my ex decided to try to take advantage of me .....again! He was quick, thorough, stern and totally stood up for me and what was right! Thank you a million times over Ken and Mia! I HIGHlY recommend Ken and his team. You won’t be disappointed!
    Micah Belden - Sherman
Keri Abbott: I reached out to this attorney’s office as a prospective new client and left a message requesting a consultation. Unfortunately, I never received a return call or any acknowledgment of my inquiry. I understand that attorneys are often very busy, but a simple response would have been appreciated. Based on this experience, I’ve decided to look elsewhere for legal services where communication is treated as a priority.
    Kennedy & Minshew - Sherman
Stephanie Sertic Shoemaker: Very upfront and honest. You can trust this office to take care of you. My Attorney Angela Norris is amazing. I have used her twice and she goes above and beyond for her clients.

outofchips: Notification of Nonretirement Your ability to listen, analyze, and reflect based on living so many years of achievement and occasional disappointments combined with your successful law career denies you the right to melt into retirement. My wife and I left your office overwhelmed. We were a call from nowhere obviously interrupting your day, and you graciously allowed us to take up a bit of your time. We arrived a couple of wide-eyed, innocent home buyers, and you acted as our guiding star. We are acting on your advice, enabling us to move forward with a level of confidence we previously lacked. Thats why you mustnt retire, at least where were concerned. Were old, and not too bright. We are bound to encounter more "challenges". Obviously we need you more than you need us, but, hey, help a retired Vietnam vet out. With sincerity and much appreciation, Lyn & Pedro
Law Office of David M. Kennedy, P.C. - Sherman
Ron: David is an excellent Attorney and has helped me in several legal matters. He is very good at keeping you informed and is always there to answer any of your questions. I would recommend him to anyone with 100% confidence.
    Joe Brown Attorney - Sherman
Tiffany Padilla: I was so pleased with Kerye Ashmore. He did a great job and I would recommend him. He was down to earth, but also experienced, confident, and well respected. The judge even stopped him as we were leaving to thank him for his years of service.
    Smith Joe Neal - Sherman
Jessica Allgood-Santiago: I have been in a 6 plus year custody battle that is very complexed and complicated. There are 3 joint managing conservators. So you know my background with attorneys. I have dealt with Sheila Shea, John Nix, Britton Brooks, Linzie Rossler, and Joe Neal Smith. I have nothing bad to say about any of these attorneys and are thankful for the part they played in our custody battle. They are all capable and good attorneys as why we hired them. However Joe Neal Smith is my favorite. He was able to mediate quickly and effectively in my most recent custody case. He told me what I needed to hear and didn’t over sell it. He was upfront and grounded. He is experienced and that showed! He was willing to do whatever I wanted, but helped me see what needed to be done and how to do it. Recently, I went back to court to collect money owed. I self represented as well as one of the other party. Not sure how exactly it happened but it did, the opposing attorney was not cooperating in my opinion as the judge had directed us. Joe shows up and stepped in and got my order pushed through. Let me be clear the only reason I didn’t hire Joe for this case was because I wasn’t going to pay any attorney $4k to try to collect 8k that even if I won there was no guarantee I would ever see the money. However Joe cares about you and showed that. I was able to win and get compensated. This was mainly due to Joe stepping in on his time and helping out. Joe thank you will never be enough!
