Isabel Isabel Horrible service and staff was unprofessional. My mom had a clear record and they were unable to get her ticket dismissed. When she asked about the court fees and other charges, the young lady she spoke to literally said, “I don’t know what those charges are for”. It was my mom’s first time hiring a lawyer to help her get the ticket dismissed. She said she would’ve rather just paid the ticket instead of having to pay the extra fee for getting a lawyer who didn’t do anything for her. She paid more oop. She or anyone we know will not be using this service again.

Yessica More Please take a moment to read this review. When I first started with this law firm things were different. Their do false advertising believe me no they will not update you on your case. Yes you will have to chase them to know what’s going on! Like a debt collector. I called them every day and every day is no answer. Please do your research before you agree to work with them. All the reviews you see are Lies they make do review base on the first person you talk to about your case, not even a paralegal it’s just customer service! That’s your review based on and they ask you for a good review so don’t bother reading the good reviews they’re lies! A R Horrible they are easy to take your money and never call you back when you need them. Once you pay you wont get a call back. I was 1 min literally 1 min late and she still wouldnt see us, Susana Sylva was our attorney. All the 5 star are from people who work there.

Alexis Segovia Very rude customer service from scheduling the appointment to even the service from the lawyer. They talk in such a belittling manner. $200 dollars to tell me nothing such a waste a time do not recommend find a different attorney to handle any personal needs. If I could rate this zero stars I would. Dont talk to people ugly or make them feel stupid whenever theyre coming to you for help and information.

Damian Herrera During what was undoubtedly one of the most challenging times of my life, Mr. Wisam Ghuneim and his staff proved to be invaluable support. I was involved in a horrific car accident in February 2025 where my Mustang was totaled and l sustained a fracture to my right ankle. Within 30 days this firm was able to collect policy limits from the at fault partys insurance and from my insurance company. Due to their expertise and knowledge, l was able to focus on getting the proper medical attention l needed. I am deeply grateful for their services and prompt turnaround time in settling my case.

Ricky Guajardo Rosalind and her staff are incredibly incompetent in my opinion. I hired her, and in the few communications they were lost about what we had discussed during our previous talks. I told her she should add notes or print out emails of our discussions. She told me I had no right to tell her how to run her business and dropped me as a client keeping the payment I had already made. I feel like it should have been a no brainer to add simple notes or print outs of our conversations instead of being lost when I call. I don’t feel like it’s asking too much for us to be on the same page. Waste of time and money. If you’re thinking of using her services you should definitely reconsider. Shame on her and her office for their lack of caring of their clients. I hope they can do better in the future!

Tanya Jones DO NOT GO HERE!!!I hired Rosalind to help me get full custody of my daughters due to domestic violence history. She confirmed to me this would happen before we went to court. 6 months later we finally make it to court and she had me sign a custody agreement that he could see the girls, I told her this is not right I fear for their life her response “ It’s fine I don’t think he will show up to get them and if he does contact me” of course he shows up to my home demanding to see my girls, I contacted her and she wanted me to pay her again to reopen the case.
