On top of that, when you’re in a business that involves working with people, customer service is crucial — and that’s something most of the other lawyers I spoke with lacked. This office is clean, organized, and the front desk staff are extremely friendly — especially the woman who sits right by the entrance. She’s always in a great mood and ready to help. When it comes to addressing concerns, they communicate quickly and effectively. This is hands down the lawyer you want to go with.

    Ricky Guajardo: Rosalind and her staff are incredibly incompetent in my opinion. I hired her, and in the few communications they were lost about what we had discussed during our previous talks. I told her she should add notes or print out emails of our discussions. She told me I had no right to tell her how to run her business and dropped me as a client keeping the payment I had already made. I feel like it should have been a no brainer to add simple notes or print outs of our conversations instead of being lost when I call. I don’t feel like it’s asking too much for us to be on the same page. Waste of time and money. If you’re thinking of using her services you should definitely reconsider. Shame on her and her office for their lack of caring of their clients. I hope they can do better in the future!

    Isabel Isabel: Horrible service and staff was unprofessional. My mom had a clear record and they were unable to get her ticket dismissed. When she asked about the court fees and other charges, the young lady she spoke to literally said, “I don’t know what those charges are for”. It was my mom’s first time hiring a lawyer to help her get the ticket dismissed. She said she would’ve rather just paid the ticket instead of having to pay the extra fee for getting a lawyer who didn’t do anything for her. She paid more oop. She or anyone we know will not be using this service again.
