If you want the friendliest, nicest and least stuffy lawyer that delivers results (and doesnt stress you out) in BCS, Ryan Becker is the MAN!!!! My whole family uses him. He does wills, contract help and all other legal advice you could need. If he cant do it, he can recommend an excellent alternative. He also has the nicest assistant, Kristen. You will not regret using this firm. Even the billing lady is super nice.

Vicky K I retained Mr. Flanigan to represent my son for a speeding ticket he received going into college station (Brazos County). The citation was for speeding in the triple digits. When I initially contacted the court, they told me there’s not much I can do because the speed was 25mph above the speed limit and to pay the full amount of the ticket because “judges don’t like to see triple digits.” And that’s when we hired Mr. Flanigan. He kept us informed throughout the process and he was able to get us deferred with defensive driving. Much better result than I expected! Jorge Ruiz Hello, as you can see many of the low ratings come from clients that didnt even make it to the lawyers desk, mainly I believe that she can not handle these types of cases, it seems that this firm only takes the simple paperwork cases when there isnt any type of court time involved. I also came to them with a case involving some court time, and the receptionist was the one that determined if they would take the case or not, mind you all of this happened within 2 minutes of the call. My conversation didnt even make it to her attention. So if you have a more difficult case, dont call this lawyer. It seems she only takes small, simple, and fast cases. Also l bet this review gets a robot response, saying how rude I was and all the same excuses all the other reviews get, always defending and justifying why they did what they did. Sad face, my opinion, sad face As I said, this firm does not take on big cases just simple cases, on top of all this this form charges 100 dollars for every time you talk to them, you dont have to pay, there are other forms that do better and dont charge you for talking over the phone, you dont have to pay.

James Mancuso Received as a court appointed attorney and charge 650 for absolutely zero defense. Dont ever use even if appointed. You are better off without an attorney than with this useless person. Paid for absolutely the worst defense ever. I could have gotten the same defense if I had done the case per se.

Warren Lanphier Mr. Gandy is a pleasant smooth talking southerner. If that will win cases then he is your man. I found Mr. Gandy through my employers Employee Assistance Program or EAP which promised me a reasonable discount on his cost per hour. My first complaint in open court he announce as required his rate and how much he had billed me, Well he billed me full rate without any of the agreed upon discount required through the association he gets referrals from. My final divorce decree was written by opposing counsel and it was poorly written so poorly that my ongoing legal proceedings the bankruptcy trustee and my new lawyer are unable to make heads or tails from what is written yet Mr. Gandy wont return calls or emails from me even though he billed me 8500.00 but did not complete 8500.00 worth of work. He did 0 prep work with me prior to trial while my ex whose divorce cost 3000.00 less was extremely prepared he allowed my dead grandfathers words to be used against me. I could go on and on. I would be extremely cautious before retaining Mr. Gandy.
