Did nothing for 2 years. I then hired another lawyer Kevin Lockhart who charged less and actually acted like he worked for me. John Carlson is based and I can not recommend this lawyer to any one excepting a positive result with out being riped off in some manner! This guy was a family friend to my sister that was living in the house. That we were trying to get sold. And he acted like it. He wouldn’t even file the deed in my name till I hired another lawyer to force him to do so!
