Angel McLaurin I did not do my due diligence in researching for an attorney. I didn’t look at Google or Yelp reviews because I was upset that the other insurance was not taking responsibility since it was their insured’s fault. I was on that insurance company’s behind since the accident and was talking with their adjuster. I presented my research of the accident and at first was denied. I felt bad for my husband because this was his accident and I recommended Ben Abbott & Associates. He signed the contract that day and 2 hours later, the insurance company called to say they accepted 100% responsibilty without knowing about usbgetting an attorney. I jumped the gun instead of waiting but the contract was signed. So, we have to go through their process. Unfortunately, no one will call us back or answer our emails about the status of the case, which so many people have stated they do. I guess the payout is not worth their priority. Simple common couresty doesnt mean anything if your case does not pull in the big bucks. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE.
