1 /5 Jamie Singley: I visited his website and was excited to find someone to help me with a small claims case. I explained my case to him (I paid for a class and the business canceled the class and never refunded my money) and he began to come up with excuses about the county that I should file in and that I should just go to the court and have them help me file. I explained that I work on production and that it would be beneficial for me to have a lawyer complete these tasks so that I don’t have to take off time from work. His response was that unless I made “x” amount of dollars, that it wouldn’t be worth it. I asked for a referral and he could not name a lawyer to help. I actually do make “x” amount of dollars, which is why I wanted a lawyer and his website lists that he helps with small claims in the county that I needed. Maybe his caseload is too heavy, but he obviously did not want my business. What an utter disappointment!
