From the beginning, communication was severely lacking — there were no updates, no follow-ups & I was left completely in the dark throughout the process. I personally had to reach out for updates constantly. I expected more professionalism & support, especially after paying a fee for services that were barely delivered. What made the experience worse was that I voiced my concerns directly to Mr. Bonilla, only to be completely ignored & disregarded. My feedback was dismissed without any acknowledgment or effort to address the issue. I wasn’t looking for perfection, just acknowledgment & some accountability — but even that seemed like too much to ask apparently. I left this experience feeling frustrated & undervalued as a client.
