Michelle McBride Nice guy But the WORST lawyer! After hiring Mr. Elliott and paying him in-full we didnt hear back from him for months, he moved his office, changed his phone number, never returned any of our emails.... It took us going to the Eastland Court house and spreading the word, that we were looking for him, for him to FINALLY call us back, to which he apologized and gave several excuses. Once in court, I really feel like he did O K. but he failed to fill the proper paper work so even thou we won our case we got NOTHING we asked for.... Would I ever employee Mr. Derrick Elliott again.... NO! never, not if he was the only lawyer left in the world, i feel like Id be better off representing myself.

Randall Kennedy Keep getting threatening letters sent to my address for someone that hasn’t lived at that address in over 10 years. Called the number multiple times to report that person hasn’t lived there in many years and got talked down to by a rude person. They still keep sending the letters. Poor system and poor internal communication.

Jennifer Bowlin Id give less stars if I could. We went in to find an attorney to help with our fathers estate. The lady at the front desk was very rude. She didnt seem to know the laws and argued with my husband who has studied the necessary laws for this issue. She even said we can just go to the other lawyers in town. She treated my step-mom like she was nobody and she was the love of my dads life. She was really snarky. Then she said she didnt have time for our case. Go somewhere else. These people WILL NOT help you.
