1 /5 Randall Kennedy: Keep getting threatening letters sent to my address for someone that hasn’t lived at that address in over 10 years. Called the number multiple times to report that person hasn’t lived there in many years and got talked down to by a rude person. They still keep sending the letters. Poor system and poor internal communication.
