Paige Sneed Do not waste your time. He will not help you! He will take your money then have no idea who you are or what you need when you call. I called EVERYDAY for over a month & sent multiple emails for an update on our case - never heard back. In fact, I had to contact the Judges clerk just so I could get a copy of our visitation orders because 6 months later Greg had still not provided our orders & we were missing visitation dates.When my calls when unanswered during normal business hours I then called from a different area code & the call was answered on the 1st ring so apparently they screen calls if they dont want to talk to you.Once we hired a new attorney, Greg Tates office attempted to contact us again(too late). My husband & I spent a year with Tate on retainer & never got anywhere. If you are looking to actually get something done this is not the attorney for you.

Jazzmine Anglin I went to Ms. Spivey to help me write a legal letter. She agreed to do it and charged me $50. She told me at that time it would take 2 weeks and she would send me something in the mail once she completed it. This was back in March. I have not received anything in the mail and when I call or text she doesn’t respond. I even went by her business and her car was there but she did not answer the door. It’s only $50 but don’t take my money if you will not render the services we agreed upon. So disappointing. I feel as though I was con.

In his words, he could not get us a FAIR TRAIL in Freestone or Limestone County due to our name and nationality and the prejudicial effects of certain events that had occurred at the time! This attorney should not be allowed to practice Law since he does not ensure his clients receive a FAIR TRIAL!

Michelle Hillman Bobby Reed is one of those lawyers that tells you one thing and it wasnt the truth. Even when questioned because we knew what he was trying to get us to sign. He didnt even verify who we were when he notarized our papers. My ID had been expired for over a year. I feel sorry for those who have to deal with people like him. So glad we were warned by several people to have everything checked before I did anything. I didnt even sign my right signature...lol
