Niki Nichols Paid him to get all papers we needed to get deed to our land. He said we only needed a couple of signature. Turns out we needed a lot more than that. Two years later and a few thousand later we are still dealing with what he didnt. He will take your money tell you everything is good. Take his sweet time at getting paperwork together and filed, and you still wont have everything you need done correctly. HE never answers his phone and doesnt return phone calls. Dont use him if you dont have too.

When I started crying and ask what I would do, he said I guess find a new place to live. I told him that he said I had plenty of time. He said I have 450 cases maam. CATHY HANEY Would not recommend, unorganized, cant get appointment after paying retainer always a month out. Dropped paperwork for my son they lost it, showed up for appointment they sent me, was told didnt have appointment, was scheduled to meet in his office 1/2 hour prior to court appointment was handed a piece of paper saying he was withdrawing from case. Had not even been filed in court. Reason given to Judge could not communicate, said missed appointment 2 days before court date, this appointment was never scheduled. If I could give a lower rating I would!

Honey Badger Called today 1/24/25. He had done my father in law’s will. So we needed some minor help with it and was answered that he is retiring and won’t take us. So just a forewarning. We needed nothing major. Just a little advice and he turned us away. Just posting this in case someone else’s will was made by him. He had no caring or generosity towards us. Just that he couldn’t even give us a consult. I get everyone needs to retire but is was not a heartfelt let down at all. It was go find someone else!
