I had Kyle Dennis and Oliver Mintz. Both were compassionate and fought for whats right. Bailey and the other office staff was amazing too.

Donna Collings I have never used Mr Barnhill and his law office but I do have an experience with him that was less than stellar. He purchased the home we live in that we sold to Dixon Realty in Gatesville. Mr Barnhill and his brother Andrew seemed to be very nice people in the beginning. I have not actually met Bryon Barnhill but his brother came to our home several days ago and we went over repairs they were going to have done. My husband has been very ill for several months and had major surgery in Dallas on 9/16. He was released from the hospital a few days later and I went back to work. Because I had missed a few days for surgery my paycheck was a little short on 9/26 so I asked Mr Andrew Barnhill if I could just this one time get an extension until the 8th. He said just this once we could do but that was the only time. Later that night I had a text from Bryon telling me that I was taking advantage of his kindness and generosity and that if the money was not at his law office in Gatesville on October 1 I would need to move out of the house by October 5. So today one day late I have the rent and he is no longer interested in renting to us. I’m sharing this because if someone would be so heartless as to kick a sick man out on the street over $600 being one day late I can’t imagine he will care much about representing you except for a paycheck.

Robert Jones Had Sandy as a lawyer back in 2019. Wrote to her a dozen times had wife and mother reach out to her and show up to her "office" and never received a response. Very unprofessional and BAD at her job went to court said I was getting probation reinstated instead of being sentenced and they had to post pone court for another month and when I went to court that was never an option she made it up I went to prison. She then told my family that it was a win and I got what I wanted to get.. Everyone I ever met while in there that had her also suggested that she was the same way with them. Also read what she asks you to sign, she got me to sign a paper that I was getting the probation and I was dumb and excited to get out after being there for 6 months and it was not that it was a waive to appeal. Stay away from her as a lawyer.

felipe fernandez Horrible experience… sandy gatley is my lawyer on my case it’s been opened for almost 3 years and I’ve only been able to contact her once for 1 min and 30 sec After the second year.to this day I could call her 10 times and she won’t awnser any nor call back and she says text her but leaves me on delivered for months absolutely trash of a lawyer 0 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy

Steven Daymude If this review is still up, then we are still in probate. My fathers probate was assigned in February 2022. While we have been able to schedule meetings with Mr Place, he and the legal aid Janice have been very reassuring. Though they sympathize with the unforeseeable hardships our simple probate case is having, Mr place apparently forgot who we were by the 2nd meeting (thinking we were probating my mothers death instead of my fathers.) As of now Ive not received any further status of probate, life insurance, or updated debts from lacking returned emails. If given another chance, I would go with an attorney who had never done a probate case. Im writing this review with hopes they will renew the Letters of Testamentary with the appropriate names of the executors and do more than wait on a call back from the life insurance that wont honor the claim. Without appropriate names, my hands are tied as an executor since that legal document is what gives the power of estate.
