5 /5 Joshua Paniagua: I had a great experience at The Children’s Place. Janice, the manager, was incredibly sweet, kind, and very attentive. She made sure we were helped right away and went above and beyond to make our visit pleasant. She truly deserves a raise for her excellent customer service!

5 /5 Key city customs: I went in there shopping for my son and ended up shopping for both of my kids, Chelsea was a huge help and I will definitely be coming back. The place was organized and easy to shop!!

1 /5 Jazzy A: I went in on (10/01/2025) around 3:45pm to pick up an online order. I payed over $600.00 on an order to pick up. When I got there I told the manager (who refused to give me her name, she said that she didnt have to) that I had an order. She then brought me out a box that had been OPENED and torn up with the clothes that I ordered in them. She told me that they "accidentally opened" my box. YET, she refused to give me any bags to put the clothes in. The box was HUGE and I was worried about carrying the box all the way to the parking lot and dropping the clothes out, due to their mess up. This was very ugly behavior from a "manager" on duty. She does not need to be working there with that type of attitude. I hope that The Childrens Place takes care of this situation. We as customers do not have to spend our money here and be disrespected the way that I was disrespected today. SMH

5 /5 Estrella De Los Santos: Doris was definitely amazing. She saved me $$$ by letting me know they had clothes on sale dorm$1.99. Exactly what went in looking for some sweatpants!!
