1 /5 Scott Witte: My girlfriend and I purchased a shirt from Lucky Brand 2 weeks ago. We purchased a small because they did not have Xsmall at the store. We purchased the Xsmall online to check to see if it fit better, and it did. Sent my girlfriends daughter, 17, to the mall today to return the small we had purchased at the store. They would not return it as they said it was defective. I would not know how it would be defective as all tags were still on the shirt. Decided to go up to the store myself and was met with a arrogant manager who only wanted to show me her attitude and not customer service. She said a one inch thread was coming off the shirt where the button is, makes the shirt defective and therefore she was not going to return it . She also said the shirt was worn and washed may times. The tag was still on the shirt. Would the cardboard tag come apart in the wash. Yes, the shirt was never worn and never left the bag. She said that I might have better luck if I returned the shirt at a different store. Lucky Brand is not allowing and discouraging customers from returns and exchanges. Not my Lucky Day. Do not believe I would be visiting the Lucky Store anytime in the future either. Although I have been a huge fan in the past. Customer Service as Lucky is non existent.
