2 /5 marisol ramirez: i saw their ad on instagram looking for clothing donations specifically in spring colors, graphic tees, and light cardigans. i clean out some stuff from my closet (pic below) all items being bought within the last year, little to no signs of wear, and all from brands they claim they’re looking for (h&m, hollister, pacsun, etc). i also took a few other items not pictured below. when i get to the store, the girl at the front was immediately rude, and when i finally get my clothes back, they gave me $12 for three items: a pair of brand new hollister jeans, gym shorts, and a workout hoodie. the girl didn’t let me see what items she took, i only realized until i got home and went through the bag i took. they actually ended up taking more items than what they had told me and paid me for. also took none of the clothes they claimed they’re looking we’re looking for. honestly super confusing considering a lot of the clothes they had in store was far from trendy, and wasn’t too appealing to their customer base which seems to be mostly teenagers. i wouldn’t recommend coming here, at least not to donate clothes.
