Nordstrom Rack - El Paso (TX)

2 /5 Ignacio Grady: I recently visited this Nordstrom Rack and was quite impressed with the store. It’s very clean and has a large selection of items to choose from. However, I did notice an issue with the pricing. Some items are marked as saving 51%, but when you check the original tag, there’s no actual savings. This was disappointing and something the store should address. Overall, it’s a nice store, but be cautious with the advertised discounts.

5 /5 Allesia Saephan: I wanted to share what a great experience my mom and I had at Nordstrom Rack on the morning of April 3. The associate at the register was kind, professional, and clearly enjoys working with people. He made us feel welcome and comfortable, which we really appreciated. We also had a positive interaction with the associate working in the fitting room area. She was so friendly and helpful. Everyone we spoke to that morning was genuinely pleasant and it made our visit really enjoyable!

1 /5 N H: Dear Nordstrom Rack Management, We’ve been loyal customers at this location for over seven years and have always appreciated the quality and professionalism we’ve come to expect from your team. However, I feel compelled to share a recent disappointing experience. Well really multiple encounters with a specific employee. During our latest visit, we encountered an employee at the register named Laura C. Her attitude was dismissive and unkind, which is not what we’ve come to expect from your staff. While we don’t expect luxury service at Nordstrom Rack, basic courtesy and professionalism are non-negotiable. This experience was off-putting enough to make us reconsider returning, which is unfortunate given our long-standing loyalty. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
